What an accommodating place! Ready for families, it’s the perfect place to just come swim! We came for general swim open hours and they treated our family so well, way cheaper than membership places! We love it at swim-in zone! Our daughters have been going for 3 months now and have made so much progress! We had trouble with other swim classes for our 4 year old so we decided to try swim-in zone because her cousins go here and they are both great swimmers and love it. We had a really bad experience at our trial. My son is almost 2. We showed up and were not told that he needed to wear a special $20 diaper on top of his swim diaper which I had to purchase prior to the trial. They didn’t have his size so the front desk gave us a used one and told us we could switch it with a new one when they got more in. We had very little guidance and the facility was jam packed with parents and kids. When we finally got ready and made it to the pool area no one guided us as to where we needed to be or assist in finding our instructor. We ended up going back to the front desk to ask for assistance. My son did not do well with getting in the water and the instructor said if he isn’t into it that we should just go and ask for a different trial date. It took almost 20min of the 30min class just for him to get adjusted but the pool was so chaotic there were so many classes going on at once that you couldn’t hear the instructor. Kids from other classes were swimming into the baby class and I almost bumped into a few of them. When we were done they asked how it went and I said he didn’t do well and they told me that he may just need more time before starting classes… I felt horrible like because he didn’t handle the new situation well that he wasn’t supposed to take swim classes. Overall, I would not recommend. The facility is not large or accommodating enough to handle the amount of children and parents they have in these classes. I was very overwhelmed by all of it. I unfortunately will not be going back.

We have been going for about 7 years. All 3 of my children have had Maggie C and she is amazing!! Always great with the kids. There were times we experienced issues with the facility but they have been great to rectify and issue and let’s be honest what business doesn’t have issues. It’s all about how you rectify and solve the issue that matters. We travel about 45 mins for lessons and hope to continue until all 3 kids receive the pot of gold!!

I came into this swim class very nervous. I have zero swim skill. And by ZERO I do mean zero. First, shout out to Felicia who went way out of her way to get me into the schedule. Felicia is fantastic. She is kind, professional and just fun to be around. She’s the best. When I arrived I met Josh. You cannot find a nicer guy than Josh. He immmediately took me in, made me feel completely at ease, and showed me everything to start. Josh is just a really good guy. My instructor is Shawna. I really hope I am spelling her name correctly.

We have had the best experience at Swim In Zone. Our son has some behavioral and sensory needs and was scared and unsafe in the water initially. Fast forward a year and he became confident, and after 3 years continues to look forward to his weekly lesson, swims solo and literally won’t get out of the pool (Mr Josh has to carry him out!).

We have taken private lessons with Josh Ferraro for 3 years (age 4-7, and still going). As a team, we create goals for our son and really focus on making it fun. Josh is so engaging and it is clear he loves what he does, even when he is working with a more challenging child.

We have also started to work closely with one of the newer instructors Miss Meg! Miss Meg is warm and welcoming. She too, seems to love what she does and my son instantly has connected with her.

We have nothing but great things to say about swim in zone! I nanny for one kiddo and he’s been coming here since he was 18 months old. He is now almost 3. He has had just about everyone who works in the mornings between moving up levels and rearranging schedules and all are great with the kids! I have to give a special shoutout to Miss. Shauna as I saw so much growth in him when he was with her. He also has the best bond with her being that there weren’t any other kids enrolled in his class time. This helped him build confidence and how to be safe whilst also having fun while in the water! Every single staff member is knowledgeable about proper swimming techniques/safety precautions. From the moment we enrolled Mackenzie was very patient and detailed as she explained the different programs to us along with the schedules. Every instructor we have had (Shauna, Jackie, and Maggie) have been wonderful. My primary goal is for her to have fun and gain confidence in the water. I think they do a great job of balancing that while pushing her to advance her skills at the same time.

We can not say enough good things about Swim-in Zone! My son has been attending since the summer of 2018 and he’s still swimming in the fall of 2024! He does not want to leave! He went from hating going under the water to swimming all of the strokes beautifully without fear. Our favorite instructors have been Ms. Maggie and Mr. Josh. We are so incredibly grateful for them!

Swim-in Zone has been extremely helpful to work with me to give my daughter the best, most successful experience she can have. We love swim in zone! Miss Eirann has been wonderful with my son and helped him become comfortable in the water.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that we went through a period of many different swim instructors substituting and that was hard for my son to not have consistency in a swim instructor. But other than that we've had a great experience and would definitely recommend swim in zone.

We LOVE swim in zone. We started in parent child classes and have moved up through the levels over the last 1.5 years. My 4 year old and 2 year old love it and have learned so much. My daughter, Brynn, has been coming for swim lessons since 2 years old (and is now 5). We have a pool in our backyard and wanted to promote safety. My 3 year old began classes at Swim-in zone in the beginning of 2024. She started in Red 1 - learning to be comfortable in the water. She then moved to Orange 2 - blowing bubbles, holding her breath and learning to love being under water. Now she is in Yellow 3 where she is already swimming independently using multiple methods. Every teacher has contributed to this but a shout out to Mr. Lawrence and Ms. Didi, both of which my daughter LOVES because of their fun and playful approach and we love that they have taught her the importance of water safety. We've been taking our son to swim class since before he was a year old. Miss Shauna does the parent-child class and she is excellent. We as parents have learned a lot about pool safety and how kids learn. We particularly like how miss Shauna teaches the kids, but doesn't push them so hard that they don't want to be in the water. I am not sure how the price compares to other swim instruction places in the Lehigh Valley, but they allow makeups to accumulate as long as you are still a member, and it is easy to schedule makeups over the phone or on the app.
