I trained with Stephen for about 6 months and I went from knowing very little about how and what to exercise to feeling like I could walk in to any gym and know what to do. He's got a great attitude and knows how to encourage and push you to do your best, but he's also great about listening to your needs and adjusting your regimen accordingly.

Stephen was my PT for 2 years.! Every session was challenging but fun at the same time, he takes his time to explain what a workout is about and how to maintain the right form. I was motivated and encouraged during the time I had him as my PT and could barely skip a session because of how committed and consistent I got, I gained so much confidence and had no idea of how much weights I could lift! I gained strength. I HIGHLY recommend him as he is knowledgeable and will motivate you into improving your fitness journey and you sure are guaranteed to see amazing results and will love working out.!!

I really enjoyed working with Stephen. From the get go it was a out what my goals were and realistic ways to reach them. We focused on aspects such as weights, cardio and nutrition for a balanced fitness journey. He tracked my progress meticulously and was punctual and professional. He will definitely help to reach fitness milestones while being encouraging and realistic. He is very knowledgeable and adaptable to any fitness level and I enjoyed working with him. I have been working with Stephen for almost a year and he is the real deal when it comes to a professional trainer. He explains the workouts, their benefits, and suggests other helpful movements and stretches to help outside the gym. Stephen is very knowledgeable and I have learned so much from him. His training is customized to my specific needs and circumstances. In my case, past injuries and lack of flexibility in some areas are all taken into account and addressed.
