My extremely shy introverted daughter found her passion, her courage and her confidence at synergy. When we started she couldn’t imagine doing anything in front of a crowd/ judges or anyone. Now she is thrilled to show off her routines. She loves the coaches and the team members. She’s challenged and is excited about her progress. She looks forward to going to gymnastics with great enthusiasm.

As a parent I appreciate the coaches clear communication and support. The facility itself is best in class (we’ve been to a few). Can’t say enough about how much gymnastics and Synergy have helped my daughter. Highly recommend Synergy.

Synergy is an outstanding gymnastics facility. Whether your gymnast is in it for recreation or is a team member, the coaching staff is fully engaged with every athlete, providing personalized attention and support. They foster a positive and fun environment while also prioritizing safety.

Additionally, the facility itself is spotless—truly the cleanest gymnastics gym I’ve ever seen. Communication is also a breeze; whenever I’ve emailed, they’ve always responded promptly. Highly recommend Synergy.

My daughter has been with Synergy for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier . I love the coaches, how much they care and what great role models they are for the girls. I also love how clean the gym is. We go to competitions in other gyms and that is not always my experience so I appreciate that about Synergy. My daughter is part of their competition team and I love the community and family she is part of with Synergy.

Our daughter has enjoyed taking classes here, and we recently held her birthday party at their new location at 580 Lancaster Avenue. The instructors were wonderful with the kids and the space was perfect to enjoy lunch and cake after the session ended. I highly recommend the classes and the event opportunity. They really went above and beyond to make it a special birthday!

Our daugher has been on The Synergy Gymnastics team since they first opened. Our pre-schooler also participated in their younger classes. This facility has wonderful coaches, friendly staff, a nurturing enviroment, and it's always so clean! I can not recommend Synergy enough! AND they are opening up a brand new, HUGE facility later this summer, check them out!

What an incredible and uplifting gym. The owner is in it for all the right reasons; encouraging, positive coaching, life lesson- building, helping youth overcome fears and obstacles, passion for personal and professional growth, and having a genuinely good time. It is clean and well-organized. The girls have fun while building their skill sets in both gymnastics and life. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Mandy is an outstanding leader and coach. Synergy is not only training top quality gymnasts in a top notch facility, but teaching them the skills needed outside the gym as well. The team performed for the seniors at my personal care community (as well as providing an ice cream social) and couldn't have been more polite and caring. We hope to welcome them back in the future.

I have two daughters who go to Synergy and love every second of it. The coaches have been with my daughters since they were little and have helped shape them into the young women they are today. The equipment is clean and new. The training is up to date and thorough. The coaches focus on the whole person, not just quickly getting to the next level. I would highly recommend.

Mandy Grahn is not just “a gymnastics coach,” she is an incredible mentor and by far their biggest cheerleader! Mandy, Molly and the entire coaching staff always have the gymnasts’ best interests at heart. Whether it be time management/balance with school work and practice or personal concerns…the Synergy coaches treat the individual with concern, support and respect. Additionally, with Mandy’s high skills standards (in all aspects of life), there are no words to explain the increased confidence and self-esteem my daughter has gained.

I cannot say enough about Synergy and the amazing experience the coaches and teammates have given our (teenage) daughter. In 3 short months, the coaches helped restore her confidence and self esteem as a person and a gymnast. There hasn’t been a day that has gone by that our daughter isn’t sharing a funny gym story or a new goal she achieved. She is incredibly happy doing what she loves in a safe, empowering environment. We will be eternally grateful to Synergy for taking our daughter under their wings, believing in her, and helping her to fly again.
