We are a CrossFit and Fitness gym that has an active and supportive community for all levels of fitness, health and personal welfare. Each coached class will be challenging but achievable as movements are scaled to the individuals ability. Nutrition advice is also available along with help in meeting your personal goals. Our success is based on your success and we stand behind our programs, our nutrition and provide accountability. We also have Kids, pre teen and teen fitness classes. We would love to discuss your goals and see if our programs align with your goals. We will provide candid feedback and provide a no pressure answer to your questions. Call for a one on one consultation at no charge, gain insight into your goals.

I’ve been a member of this fantastic gym for the last six months. They have ample options regarding times and classes. Every single coach is fantastic, and the community is even better.

For some people seeing the term β€œCrossFit” is intimidating. I had not regularly worked out for years when I joined last year. All of the workouts are very scalable to help someone who was as out of shape as myself get back into that routine. Further, the coaches are excellent at providing guidance and ways to build your exercise skill set / ability.

In short, highly recommend!

Excellent gym! I am only here for a few days as a drop-in, but the staff and members made it feel like i've been a member of this gym for a long time.

The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained, the coaches are knowledgeable and will help you scale appropriately.

Whether you are a local, or just passing through, I highly recommend giving T2 Crossfit a shot. You will leave a little bit better every time.

Took a class here via Class Pass to try it out. Workout was a good anaerobic workout. The instructor, Anna, was very welcoming and encouraging and made appropriate modifications for my injury so I could still participate. People in the class were very welcoming as well. I actually signed up for a different class that got canceled, but she invited me to do this class instead. If you're looking to join a cross fit or try it out, I recommend this location.

I have been to a number of fitness facilities in the area and this is by far the very best! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and each workout is carefully designed to provide clients with the maximum benefit. The workouts are never the same and are designed for everyone regardless of fitness ability. The coaches really get to know each client’s fitness level so that they can push them through the workout by adjusting speed or weight. If you are looking to transform your body in a clean friendly environment, this is the place for you!

I've been given the gift of training with Joanna Tunnicliffe of T2 Fitness. . Since 2018, two accidents, both involving broken bones, had left me unsure I could ever become "fit" again. T-2 Crossfit as well as Joanna's encouragement, humor, and perseverance are changing my perception of working out as well as confidence that at age 67, I can strengthen my body. The T-2 method keeps me interested and motivated. Joanna's passion for fitness is contagious. Her compassion both comforts and inspires me to keep trying. And her focus on proper alignment keeps me from hurting myself in the process. Had a doc appt yesterday and my blood pressure had dropped significantly--a welcome result that I wasn't expecting! I'm a fan.

We were in town visiting family and dropped in for a class. The workout was challenging and well-programmed - really thorough warm-up and stretching/mobility portion at the beginning which was nice - the community was friendly, and Anna was attentive and helpful in her coaching. Spacious and well-maintained facility, everyone has their own lane with all equipment, and there was plenty of room to accommodate a class of 15. We will be back next time we are in town!

I started at this gym about 3 months ago and have nothing but fantastic things to say about it. The owners and coaches are amazing! They get to know you, know your ability, and are able to give you the advice you need in order to push yourself to get better. The community is welcoming and the atmosphere is encouraging. I started CrossFit at T2 4 months ago and I have nothing but great things to say about it, and absolutely zero regrets about joining. The instruction and programming are phenomenal, and I have learned more about lifting and working out than I could have ever imagined. I’ve noticed serious changes in my body and abilities in that time. Perhaps the greatest asset to T2 however is the amazing community. The owners, coaches, and all of the members are extremely welcoming and inspiring to everyone, and everyone works together to really push you to do your best and to get better. It is an amazing support system that really keeps you motivated to keep trying your hardest. This all really factors into helping you to really look forward to coming to the gym every day, regardless of how tough the workout is. Any gym can produce results based on how you take advantage of it, but at T2 the potential is through the roof.

I had the pleasure of dropping into T2 this week. It was a clean, large box, and the community was very welcoming! The trainers were great at walking through the standards of all WODs before we started them.

I have dropped into a couple different boxes across the US, and I would say this one was the most organized, kindest gym I have dropped in on. From the initial emails to the end of the last WOD, they were all a class act! Look forward to dropping in again!

I've dropped in to CrossFit gyms around the world, and this is one of the best! Seriously! Why? 1) Anna & co. really seemed to CARE--even about a rando drop-in like myself. Not all boxes make it that apparent, but I got a lot of help/attention/encouragement. 2) the people were amazing!!! Very Pittsburgh. Good people, real people, and they even invited me out to breakfast afterwards (which I declined, #anxiety). Ya girl came in dead last, but I'll be back again tomorrow! Thank you!!!

I dropped in while in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend; I was lucky enough to do both a members' class and the community WOD, and to work under both Brad and Anna. I just started here in August and it's been the best couple months of my life. I go 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule and I'm already in the best shape of my life. This is an excellent box with the best coaches and community around! It's super clean and well organized, and the coaches are the most knowledgeable of any I've worked with. You will not be disappointed!

Edited to add: after coming back from a surgery, the coaches at T2 have made sure my workouts are tailored to my needs perfectly. I've gotten some great workouts in while making sure my recovery goes smoothly. They are amazing!
