I worked with Taylor in 2024 while I was pregnant with my first child! I have been an athlete my entire life, and staying active throughout pregnancy was super important to me.
Taylor's pregnancy-safe programming was simple, flexible and effective. She always had modifications available, while still pushing me to be the strongest version of myself through all of the changes my body was going through.
I am so grateful for the way that Taylor helped me to not only stay active during a tough pregnancy, but also helped me to prepare for a smooth delivery/postpartum recovery. My body, and my mind, were in a great place because of our work together, and I plan to use her again if/when my next pregnancy comes along.
If you are thinking about booking her, do not hesitate! You will not regret it.

Taylor has been my personal trainer for the past 18 months and it has been an incredible journey. She has the perfect balance with her coaching style of tough love and understanding. Taylor listens to my wants and needs and tweaks our workouts as needed due to life tiredness or injury. She also pushes me to finish the final set that I try to weasel out of completing, but that she knows I can mentally and physically finish. I am so grateful to Taylor for all that she continues to teach me and for helping me reach my goals of becoming stronger.

I love working with Taylor! She’s well-researched and just the right amount of motivational and forgiving. I started with her doing nutritional work and a custom workout program through her app so I could make sure I adjusted my lifestyle fully to my fitness goals, then I transitioned into her non custom app fitness program, which changed every month and always kept me motivated. Now that she’s working with the Broads App, I transitioned to that platform and I’m still loving it!

Working with Taylor for 4+ years has been amazing. She has been with me through a lot of life changes and big life losses. I also have autoimmune disease/endometriosis which makes working out challenging for me. She never gave up on me, she encouraged me, and got me through! Coaches can have a "one size fits all approach", this is far from true, and far from Taylor's coaching. She "taylor's" ;) the program to you-fitting what you can do physically, work-life balance, and she definitely brings the heat. I promise you won't be bored. If you want someone who is loyal, committed, challenges you, and generally cares about your overall well being, look no further, Taylor is it.

I trained with Taylor for my Level Two StrongFirst kettlebell certification and I’m so glad I did. I had some personal things get in the way of purely focusing on my cert and Taylor’s confidence and guidance is the reason I was able to stay on course and push through the discomfort of training for something so physically demanding. Of course the programming was amazing, but her encouragement is what I will be recommending her for years to come!

I spent 3 months with Taylor 1:1 and I wish it was longer! I’ve never worked out before and needed to learn the basics, Taylor built a plan tailored to my fitness level and goals. Within 6 weeks I was feeling and noticing a difference. Now, 3 months later I’m able to join group classes with confidence. Taylor is an excellent fitness coach. I’ve been working with her for just about a year and a half and it’s the first time I’ve maintained a consistent fitness program… ever. Your successes are also hers. She’s great at customizing the program based on your skill level. She has a great balance of empathy while you learn partnered with a push or challenge when she knows what you’re capable of. She offers several different ways to work with her, highly recommend!
