My experience at the compound is just unbelievable. Chad, the owner whom I have known for a while through my sister, has put a ton of hard work into it and I am very proud of what he has done. To everyone who has never joined or who would like to join a gym “The Compound,” should be your #1 choice.

I've worked with several trainers in the past, but Chad truly stands out as someone who can support any fitness level. Whether you're just starting out, coming back after time off, or looking to push past a plateau, he knows exactly how to meet you where you are and help you grow. His coaching style is encouraging, knowledgeable and patient, making every session feel productive and positive. The progress I've made in strength, mobility and confidence has been incredible and I credit that to his expertise. Chad takes the time to explain proper form, offer modifications when needed, and always ensures safety without compromising the effectiveness of the workout. If you're looking for a trainer who is supportive, skilled, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend Chad. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete you'll feel guided, motivated and inspired every step of the way.

The Compound Training Grounds is such an amazing addition to Greencastle. The gym is spotless and designed in a way that makes you actually want to show up and train. The equipment is 5 ⭐️’s, the layout is smooth, and welcoming without being crowded or chaotic like other gyms in the area. Whether you’re new to working out or already experienced, it’s absolutely worth checking out!

This place is awesome! Talked to Chad (the owner) he hand picked every piece of equipment and it’s nothing like a commercial gym. It’s a unique gym with a great environment and super great management. Definitely will be back

This is the kind of gym our area has been missing. It’s stocked with brand-new equipment, including power racks, a full set of dumbbells up to 125 lbs, a wide range of machines, and plenty of free weight benches. There’s also a turf strip designed for sled training and other explosive work. The owner, Chad, has built a space that reflects his passion for strength training and his commitment to fostering a supportive fitness community.
