Dance schoolAbout the Club
The Dance Loft serves as a home away from home for youth and adults that share the love of dance. We strive to create a positive, yet challenging atmosphere while molding dancers into artists as they explore God’s gift of dance as their creative outlet. We believe in healthy competition but more importantly helping build up our peers and experience real life situations together.
We offer all types of dance styles at our Altoona location including ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tumbling, modern, and contortion.

This is the most wonderfully accepting place for everyone! The owner is professional, respectful, and nurturing to ALL of her students. She teaches these kids to be respectful of their craft and challenges them to work hard! My daughter loves it here and it has been a great experience for her learning with Mackenzie! 200% Recommend!!

My nieces have attended The Dance Loft for years. Mackenzie is such a professional. Her students respect her as does the families. I would highly encourage any student to take dance from Mackenzie. They will not only learn to love the many types of dance but will also learn to respect and love their fellow dance mates as well as their teacher. The Dance Loft is a family!

This is one one the most sweetest and patient women i know. She was very understand when my hubby was in a wheelchair and wanted to dance along with me and some other adult students. We had a great time, learned alot stuff and some great people! I advise if you want your children to learn dance, see her!!

She pushed my daughter out of class literally because she didn’t come in with dance shoes on. She was going to change into them when she got there an Mackenzie the dance coach pushed her out and said I should leave because she goes to another dance class anyway Mackenzie is racist as we being the only black person there cause none of it was called for
