The Edge Fitness Clubs Media
Yall have to do better. I am trying to cancel mine and my sons gym memberships and they are refusing to do so. I was under contract, but one of the clauses is that you can cancel within two years If you move to an area that does not have an Edge Fitness. There is NO edge fitness down these parts! I am 1900 miles away from Media and God knows how many miles to the next Edge!! I am beyond frustrated and WILL BE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE.

Be careful when you sign a contract with this gym! I signed a 1 year contract which happened a to be a 14 months contract! Their workouts are awful , so I went maybe for 2 months ( I love a good group training ) and just now when I requested to cancel
My membership which was coming up
One year in December I found out that they have my contract til 3/26! Scammers!

Most instructors are really good, but some of them and the classes are a bit stale. Need some variety, some other options. And some consistency with gym membership levels. Very frustrating to be able to sign up for some Les Mills classes but not others when same level membership had in past allowed access to all group X. The special instructor class 10/18 was a super nice change- some special events would be a nice addition. And gym cleanliness is lacking. Floors are filthy.

🚨 SCAM ALERT — Edge Fitness 🚨
I cancelled my membership in person and signed their cancellation form — yet Edge Fitness has kept charging my card. Repeated. Unauthorized. Unacceptable.
I’ve tried to fix this directly with them many times. No resolution. So now I’m going public:
• I signed the cancellation paperwork.
• Charges continued after the cancellation.
• I’ve demanded an immediate refund and written confirmation that my membership is cancelled.
• If Edge Fitness doesn’t fix this, I will: dispute charges with my bank, file complaints with the FTC and my state consumer protection office, and pursue legal options.

Edge Fitness at Media, PA has significantly decreased since the first time I have come here. The bathrooms are extremely disgusting and not kept up-to-date with, there has been NUMEROUS days I have attended the facility and they did not have any toilet paper OR hand soap/sanitizer in stock for cleanliness. The men’s restrooms are constantly clogged and not maintained properly. The staff is highly judgmental and unwelcoming. I have tried ordering a protein shake before with plant-based protein powder and the guy making my shake has snickered at me for being vegan. In addition to that, the managers worsen the overall experience due to their lack of friendliness and accessibility. They’ve changed the guest check-in process FOUR times within a short period of time and have been making it extremely inconvenient for me to check-in as someone who works 12 hours shifts and has limited time for the gym. I’ve had to spend over 10+ minutes on TWO separate occasions trying to set up a guest profile with them just because they couldn’t get their system right. The process used to be easy because I was able to check in directly from my phone but now they require a bunch of additional steps that quite aren’t worth the hassle because no OTHER gym is doing that. Guests are supposed to be INCLUDED within the membership but now they’re forcing guests to speak with a recruiter every time they come in to their gym that way they can take your information and harass you for promotional stuff. What makes it worst is that when I do come into the gym to work out, there’s rarely ever any employees present at the computers for guest check-ins, making it even more complicated of a process for me to just be able to work out. Zero convenience. And to add to my frustration, I’ve had to block the gyms e-mail and phone number because after providing them with my contact info, they’ve been constantly harassing me — multiple phone calls and emails just trying to get me to set up my own membership. What’s the point of even offering memberships with GUEST perks if you’re just going to harass the guest to set up their own passes?????? On top of that, when I expressed my frustrations about this time-consuming and unreasonably extended process of being able to check-in to the gym, the new club manager solution was for me to buy a day pass to be able to avoid all these complications???? They’re constantly pressuring me as a guest to purchase a pass of my own when my partner & I intentionally got the guest pass because it was “supposed” to cover us both. The troubles this gym presents are just simply not worth it and the managers inability to provide SOLUTIONS to their members complaints makes this place very inflexible and unwelcoming for members who are already paying enough for their inflated memberships (now $40/month). It makes no sense how they’ve increased their cost of memberships yet significantly decreased their services and experience overall!

When I signed up for membership they changed me about $150 registration fees and told me $15.99 a month and there is no hidden fees a month later they charged me $70 for annual membership fees after that I decided to cancel my membership because they lied to me but I couldn’t cancel my membership until I finished one year with them
so please be careful do not let them scam you as they did with me everything the front desk tells you is lie don’t believe one word

Did not communicate details upfront that there would be multiple charges after account was canceled and will not refund the money. Very disappointed in customer service and the representative that was dishonest with me at the start of my membership who did not provide me with those details. As a customer, you should be provided with all the information up front and not be rushed through the process. Because, as a paying customer, you deserve to know. I am dissapointed in the lack of respect my representative had for me and didn't inform me of this from the start. I am sad to say I will not be recommending this gym to my friends.

Gym has been a go to of mine since 2019. Love the range of equipment they have, but it’s not worth the contract that’s hard to get out of. Ontop of them upping the price of each membership now, they also charge you $20.99 A DAY in late fees if you don’t pay your membership on time each month. Used to be a die hard fan of this gym but it’s not worth the price, membership cancellation hoops and loops, limited hours on the weekends, and the recent rearrangement of the gym equipment here. Am looking around elsewhere for a new gym now.

Gym used to be 24hr, then that stopped, now they don't even open til 7 on Saturdays
Wasn't going to write a review but after reading the others I figured I'd leave one. This gym has a ton of equipment, and I usually come right before peak times but run somewhat into them and have never had an issue getting on the equipment I want to use. Place is clean so far, and is really just your generic gym. I follow a lifting routine, and spend some time on the treadmill, so it suits me fine and has plenty of accessory machines. Staff is always friendly with a greeting and also with a have a nice day when you leave, good training there, that is important. I haven't tried the classes, so nothing to report there, but I plan to, I did tan a couple times and no issues.
This takes me to the big bald guy. He helped me get set up with the tanning since it was new to me and was nothing but nice and helpful. I have since seen him in there most days and he has been nothing but pleasant and always says hello. Not sure where all these bad experiences are coming from.

I love this gym so much! I’ve been coming regularly for almost 4 years and the staff is amazing. Joey is so welcoming and knowledgeable and always willing to show how to use a new machine! The equipment is always getting updated! And so many amenities. Highly recommend!

For the amount of money you pay, you can't get on the machine/benches that you want or you have to come first thing am or last 30m before closing. The sauna should be bigger, fits 4 people, and ALWAYS TAKEN, again have to come first thing am and can't even say 30m before closing cause always packed, deffinatly will not be re joining.

The facility is very nice and clean and I enjoy the group exercise classes. However, the Body Pump classes should be 60 minutes long instead of 45-50 minutes. The instructors have to skip tracks to fit into the allotted time slot. Also, the new app is a nightmare! I am still not able to sign in for classes. The old app was a breeze to use, so why change it to make things more difficult?

BEWARE!! My daughter joined this gym and is within her first year of contract. She is moving because of a job change and was told she could only cancel if she is more than 15 miles from another Edge. The problem is the closest Edge to her new apartment (9/5 miles) is across the bridge in New Jersey. So now she would be required to pay an additional $12 to go to the gym to cross the bridge to Cherry Hill!!! When we called and spoke to someone I asked if this was pointed out to her in the sales pitch and the guy on the phone said "well it doesn't matter , she signed the contract"...so I'm thinking no. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN or try another gym, like Orange Theory - 30 days notice and that's it no matter how long you belong!
My response to your reply to this review is no one was willing to be fair or flexible when I called to ask about the situation. Maybe making some better parameters about canceling would be useful to your associates. Let people leave if it means Going out of state and 12 bucks in bridge tolls to work out might be a start. Left with no other choice My daughter spent her money to get a doctor’s note and is now out of the one year grip of edge fitness. I repeat, Buyer beware!

I’ve been here since it opened and watch it go down hill since 2020. Toilet don’t flush. Continually out of supplies. Equipment looking old and not regularly maintained. Today there is no tanning lotion, one toilet had pee all over the seer & the other crap. No one around to clean bathrooms on a regular basis especially in the morning. Fees keep going up, for what??? Front desk kids spend a lot of time talking with each other than helping or walking the floor

I don't usually write reviews, but I love this gym so much I had to.
I'm 18 years old, and have been coming to Edge for 3 years. (This is going to be long, brace yourselves.) As a teenager the gym can be intimidating- I started personal training with Matt Lawrence (the best, request him as your trainer!). This made the transition from not working out at all to being comfortable in the gym a 10/10. The gym also offers a females-only portion- making me so much more comfortable when trying new exercises, and getting my form right. Although the women's-only section doesn't have every single piece of equipment, there is more than enough to hit every muscle group, get your cardio in, and some core work done.
As far as amenities go- I've tried everything. Cycle classes, movie theater cardio room, free weights, machines etc. This gym has everything and more that you could ask of a commercial gym. You'll see beginners, experienced lifters, cardio-maniacs, and even the occasional IFBB Pro or two.
The gym is CLEAN! No matter the time of day- I've been at 5 am, and 9pm, the cleaning staff is on top of it. The wipe stations are rarely empty, and get refilled ASAP.
Staff. I already talked about how great Matt is, but the rest of the staff is too. Always say hello, and goodbye "have a nice day" etc. They're always down to answer questions, help out with equipment, have a conversation, and give you a hip-thrust pad when you forget yours. They're clear about pricing and cancellation agreements- no confusion whatsoever.
Since being at college & using the REC center, I've missed my home gym so much- it's what I look forward to when I come home. It's a "commercial gym" but feels so home-like when I walk in and see all my gym friends. That being said, I pause my membership while I'm away at school- and unpause it when I'm back. You can literally just call the number on the website, IDK why some of these reviews are complaining about your 18-year old daughters not being able to pause their memberships when away at school.
THE ONLY complaint I have is that teenagers (myself included, self-awareness) do tend to frequent here, and unless you come at the right times there will be a 5 minute wait for some machines. Everyone is so welcoming, especially to new gym-goers, and Edge offers something for everyone!

Edge Fitness in Media, PA lied and conned me into joining their inaugural month-month gym membership back in July 2024. When I initially signed up for the gym, it was only for one month, but I quickly decided the overcrowded gym wasn't for me and I canceled my membership within two weeks.
Regrettably, Edge Fitness did not cancel my membership, and despite canceling my automatic payments, Edge kept my membership open for 5 additional months.... Six month after I started a month-to-month.
Today, 3/10/25, Edge Fitness collections dept., reached out to me and said I have a Five Hundred+ dollar bill for a month-to-month plan. I believe Edge Fitness reopened my gym membership with someone else, because there is no way a month-to-month can linger for 5 months when I literally canceled. Edge Fitness Media business tactics are predatory, I was recently told on 3/10/25 that Edge don't allow you to cancel over the phone or face-to-face, only by email... Predatory business tactics at its finest, even utility companies and credit cards allow you to cancel with a single phone call.
Edge is a scam company who violated my month-to-month membership rights, and forced me to keep a membership I didn't want and/or they allowed someone else to reopen my account after I closed it.... I have A-1 credit with no derogatory credit, and now I have to dispute and/or go to court to fight Edge Fitness and their predatory business tactics. Because there is no way I will pay them for conning me, and/or reopening my account after I closed it. Buyer beware, the gym is overcrowded and the management team are liars and con artist.
Please note, I am a gym rat, but Edge fitness Media wasn't for me. Guest/members stand nearby and wait for you to get off a machines, this is very uncomfortable and doesn't make for a good gym experience. The gym is overcrowded/at capacity most days, if not all days; thus, I canceled my month-to-month within 2 weeks. Now March 2025, Edge is trying to steal $500+ dollars from me.
I know the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) aims to end "tricks and traps" that make it difficult for consumers to cancel subscriptions/memberships. Indeed, cancelations should be as easy as signing up, difficulties canceling could be seen as fraudulent; thus, I will file every complaint necessary to ensure my A+ credit isn't ruined by this company.

I have been a member here for 3 years and I just cancelled. There are some pros and cons joining this gym.
Beware signing a contract here because they frequently change the hours for Edge Kids, without any notice. I’ve been turned away after drinking preworkout, effectively disrupting my workout schedule for the week.
They unjustifiably charged me a late fee. Customer service said it could not be corrected. Conveniently, they will able to correct it after filing a BBB complaint with all documentation detailing the unjustified fee.
The gym has high ceilings and large fans, and the cleaning staff does a great job.
More than half of the members pick up after themselves. They are generally friendly and won’t bother you too much.
If you go during peak hours be prepared with a flexible workout routine or you might be waiting for 5-10 minutes for equipment.
Overall this gym has been a solid experience, but I cannot trust corporate. The increasing membership costs, the hours changing, the fee situation, I can’t support them in good faith anymore.

Just left this place .. it’s been a month of hell with the annoying phone calls . The staff insensitive to customers. I told them I had two deaths in my family same week . I had already confirmed with Kayla who is the personal trainer who has probably left that job . They still called to harass me to come in for training. Today I go in and was held up because they failed to take a payment due on 2/2/25 and 2/16/25. I was told to pay with a debit card and they still have me set up for auto payments. I told Alex & Sean to cancel my account moving forward if you want a debit card payment but you will not have my debit card and bank information to take payments. I was then told if they take the payment they will reimburse me if I pay today . This doesn’t sound right . I was told they can’t cancel unless there is a second payment. Now I’m being manipulated. I wrote them a letter to cancel my entire account. That way they can play games with someone else’s account. People want to walk into a stress free environment, not to be inconvenienced by staff . Today is the 2/7/25 . Instead of harassing phone calls about training , they should have called me on 2//3 to double check the numbers they had on my gym application with my bank information. Instead of stopping me in front of people at the front desk . Your not sorry at all . Well the letter to cancel was left with both Alex & Sean in Media . I will notify my bank as well . The staff is ignorant. When ppl tell your they had a loss ( two in one week) and you disregard that .. I can go elsewhere. For the inconvenience my month of February should be on them . I’ve been a member here since they opened. I have gone 5 days a week religiously. This is BY FAR the nicest gym in the area. The amenities are superb. There are a ton of free weight and machine options and everything is pristine. Clean. Not to mention I live right down the road!
If you're reading this, you’re probably wondering why the 1-star review. The reason for that is this gym is entirely too crowded. I have worked out at lunch and any time between 4pm-8pm. No matter when you go it’s a zoo. Tonight I waited 20 minutes to use some type (barbell or dumbbell) of bench. There were no options. I walked to the front desk and canceled my membership. I never even started my workout.
My dad made similar complaints to management when he left. Nothing has changed.
Unless you workout at 5-6am, be prepared to wait around. For a long time I would just do alternate exercises, but now that I am following a serious plan it’s not an option, and frankly I can’t spend my entire night hanging around the gym waiting for 3 people to be done benching, for someone with a tripod filming themself to finish up, waiting for the guy with his shirt off posing to clean off his equipment, or the young kids to stop chatting. Whatever happened to just working out?
Check out their tag on instagram. You’ll see what I mean. And to be clear, none of this necessarily bothers me! But it’s a symptom of a bigger issue.
There’s no management or enforcement here. That much is clear. The only way I can describe it is if you gave a fraternity a nice gym to exclusively use.

Wonderful experience! I walked in unsure if I was going to sign up for a membership so I just asked for a tour first. Greg was my tour guide, he was very informative and helpful.
I was sold once I saw they have a women’s only section! They offer a plethora of classes I will most likely be attending, they also have a sauna and the locker room is super clean.
If you’re thinking about joining, do it! Get the membership, it’s worth it!

The staff is super friendly, nice, and happy to help with any questions or problems. I love the classes and all the instructors and they are super knowledgeable and motivating. Everyone I've met at the gym has also been very friendly. I miss some of the classes, especially les mills core, and I would love to see the gym bring in more new classes and more classes in the early morning.

I am completely in love with Edge In Media. It’s convenient and has every single machine I need to hit my goals! I go every single day and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Friendliest staff I’ve met in a while, each and every person is consistently wonderful and welcoming! If you sign up for this place, you will never be able to cancel.
I signed up in January of 2024. When first signed up, I asked the young man who was signing me up if I could cancel if I did not like it. He told me I could cancel in the first month if I did not like it.
I did not like the gym. So I went in after two weeks and tried to cancel. I was told I could not cancel it until a year had passed. If I wanted to, I could talk to a manager, but no managers were in. I chalked it up to a loss. The guy who signed me up had been working a lot and was tired. Maybe he misunderstood what I was asking in the initial meeting. I would eat it for a year, and just cancel it once the year was over.
Flash forward until today. A year of my membership was almost up, so I figured I get ahead of it and put in the cancel request now.
However, now I was told I would not be able to cancel until 2026. Again, no manager was working, and I would have to come back another day if I wanted to talk to one. I have a sneaking suspicion, that once 2026 rolls around I will be unable to cancel until 2027.
This gym is just like planet fitness. The sales guys will tell you anything to get you to sign up, but once you do you are never able to cancel. They have denying cancellation down to a system. You will ask to cancel, they will spin the monitor screen around and point to a date that is a year away, tell you you can cancel then, and no manager available to speak to you. Rinse, wash, and repeat forever.

I've been a member since they opened in 2019. I mainly do group X fitness and spin classes here and for the monthly price of around $40 and unlimited classes, it's a great value! Most of the instructors are great and challenging workouts. This gym is very clean with a lot of free weights, machines and cardio options. They recently bought all new spin bikes and they are great! Some other perks are made to order smoothies (extra charge), big range of supplements for purchase and personal training and small group classes ( extra charge) . Overall I'm very happy with this gym :)

So far my time at the edge has been great. Most importantly Edge kids, I have a little who is neurodivergent and they are great with him. They are doing their best to accommodate him and they are even giving tips on help me care for him.
The instructor are very friendly and helpful.

Was told by management when canceling my membership in September that I would only need to pay for the end of the month. When I got billed for October I called and asked what happened. Was told that because I missed the cut off to cancel by 5 days I would be charged for another month. Was planning on transferring my member once I was settled in my new home. I would have just transferred immediately if I knew I’d be billed anyway. Extremely frustrating that my best options weren’t properly explained. Just lost a customer.

Decent facility with a good amount of machine. Good amount of weights. Better then planet fitness.
Really busy except for early morning. Means lots of members. However with that member revenue they take forever to fix things.
This is the 3rd time the showers in the men's refuse to get warm. And it will be a few weeks where I either don't shower before work or I have to take a cold shower. There was one shower with good water pressure and they closed it off as broken 3 weeks ago. Still put of service. 2 other showers had their heads pulled off.
I'll revise this review once the place starts fixing things and gets the showers to have warm water again.

I cancelled my personal training sessions 2 weeks ago, and had to buy 4 more sessions. Totally fine. I bought them. Then I cancelled my personal training package. I spoke to the manager and said I would also be cancelling my overall membership, and he advised me what paperwork to bring in before my next billing date. On Monday, I brought in that paperwork. Now I am being billed for another pack of personal training sessions, despite cancelling them over 2 weeks ago. When I reached out to my personal trainer, I was told I “cancelled my membership too close to my billing date” and “had 4 more sessions now”. Absolutely not. I cancelled my personal training weeks ago, which is totally independent of my membership cancellation. I was also advised by the manager that this cancellation had nothing to do with my membership cancellation, and after that last pack of 4 I would be done with personal training.

Interesting how I came yesterday and was informed the protein counter closes at 10:30pm. Today was the first day my boyfriend signed up and was offered a complementary protein shake. At 10:03 pm approached the protein counter and was told they were closed for the night. As we were leaving we noticed a group of three white males being served protein shakes after my boyfriend was told they were closed. When we walked up to the employee and said “oh I thought you were closed for the night” the employee was stuck on stupid and proceeded to make the protein drinks after we were told they were closed. I’m writing this to say that the employee and customers he was helping were white and my boyfriend and I are not. I think Edge Fitness needs to incorporate inclusion within their values and treat all guests the same.

If I could give this zero stars, I would! This club sold my daughter a membership that will cost more money than the student membership she should have been sold. We tried on several occasions to remedy this situation but they would not. She is now away at college and not able to use the facilities. The only way they will freeze it is if we pay them another $80 to pay for the membership in full. We asked to speak to the owner and the manager, Brandon, would not share any information with us to reach him. He only gave us a general membership email for a customer service line which is a third party. The salesperson, Dylan, is no longer working there…. I wonder why! So dear owner, when you see this please get in touch with me.

I visited Edge Fitness for a free 3-day trial, and while the gym itself was nice and the staff were friendly, I had an issue with my ID. They took my ID at the start of my workout and asked me to pick it up afterward. However, when I finished, they couldn't find it. I've worked in two businesses over the past three years and have never once lost others ID’s, so this was quite frustrating. I’m hoping they find it by tomorrow, but if I consider joining, I would appreciate a discount given this experience. It’s a big inconvenience for them to even take ID when they already have all my information in the system. I’ve never seen a gym company do that considering they lost my personal information. *Update* They gave my ID to the wrong person now I have to get all my credit cards replaced and my ID because that person has access to my personal information. Maybe read underneath and consider a one year free membership because this incident was unreal and I will be bringing receipts of the payments of my replaced ID and credit cards.

The facilities are nice, but good luck getting a workout in anytime between 1-8pm.
The members at this place make it like a new level of hell. The gym is filled with a bunch of wanna-be fitness influencers that spend the entire time flexing in the mirror and taking pictures of themselves while hogging the equipment. I guess gym etiquette isn’t a thing anymore. I come to the gym to workout, not to be in the background of your insta story. Though there’s no explicit policy, the staff seem to be complicit in letting a groups of people huddle and have social hour/photo sessions.
Also the amount of pictures people taking pictures in the locker room is kind of disturbing, especially with people showering and changing. They might want to look into getting a posing room….

I joined edge fitness 1 month before covid hit in 2020. They closed the gym for months and froze memberships. Once they opened again I told them I wasn’t comfortable going back to a gym for a long time and didn’t want my membership anymore, and they kept hounding me for $130. They keep asking me to join again and if I do it’ll remove me from collections. I told them I have cancer and can’t workout and they told me if I showed them proof from the hospital that I had cancer they would remove me from collections. I got them a note from the hospital. They did NOTHING. Instead they keep harassing me. It’s been an unpleasant experience from the start.

I have been trying to cancel this membership for months. They keep telling me that it is canceled but it’s not. Then they tell me that they’re going to bill me one last time. Tf. They keep trying to give me the run around and for what. They said they were going to refund me but then send me a email saying that they’re not. If I have to go there in person everyone getting cussed out. I can see from these reviews and their responses that they are on some scumbag ish.

If i could give zero stars i would. I have never had anything but problems with this gym. Sure the facility is nice but the workers and owners are scumbags. They trap you into a contract that your literally never allowed to leave. I actually had to switch banks just so they would stop pulling money from my account. Oh and better hope your not one day late on paying your bill or else it is astonishing $30 fee. And they will not let you change your billing date so youre screwed if things dont match up with your paycheck. $50 for being a few days late is sickening and i hope i never even see a billboard for you losers again. Oh and your employee Rob was racist towards me. Go to hell all of you💕

I'd highly recommend this club. The sauna, classes, and private area for ladies to exercise in if you feel uncomfortable in the general unisex area, the shakes....so far it's rates 100%. And there is so much more that I haven't yet tried!

Facilities and equipment are nice. There is only one trap bar deadlift and it’s only for the person trainers area and cannot be taken out because reason even though no one ever uses it. I inquired about it and they just said it’s only for that area didn’t give me a reason and then stopped responding to me. Really stupid they’d let a stupid policy like that get in the way of someone becoming a member.

I had a three day trial at the edge in media. The facility has lots of great aerobic and weight equipment. They keep the premises very clean and there’s lots of wipes and cleaning solutions available for you to use. I live out of town, so I did not sign up but if I lived here, it certainly would be a great option.

Would be so much better if the hoist benches weren’t so light and flimsy that they slide back when you’re trying to use them and had rounded edges on the sides so theyre not uncomfortable. Also dont get why so many of the benches are solely flat rather than adjustable…the windows are also way too big and too much so I get blinded by the sun and have cancer rays shining on me when trying to work out.. not really pleasant

I have experienced and worked in different gym environments and this is by far one of the worst establishments I have stepped foot into. Harassed, horrible gym culture and etiquette. I thought this would be a safe establishment especially with the women’s area - but turns out not. And good luck trying to cancel your membership. Sad this is I know a lot of people that have had similar experiences. There are other gyms in the area that are better options.

I moved out of the area and when I attempted to cancel my membership I was told that I am locked into a contract for a full 12 months and am not even able to change my membership level until the contract expires. I liked The Edge's facility but am not happy that I am being forced to pay for a membership that I am not using.

The team here is way too focused on sales and not on service. There’s no reason to call someone 3+ times after already signing on to try to get more money out of them through personal training or whatever, it’s a nuisance. When I was on my free trial still I was leaving after a quick workout, the first day I was ever there, and the guy behind the counter had my ID in his hand and didn’t seem to want to pass it back to me before I sat through his pitch and shot down his “are you sure? We can get it done today”. I was literally there for an hour at peak times, no one even offered me a tour when I came in the first time and there seemed to be plenty of people behind the counter. Meanwhile cleaning wipes were empty at at least two stations. The facility itself is pretty nice, with a good selection of equipment and ample space for other activities. The cinema is a waste of space and gimmicky in my opinion. The app and classes are very convenient and the instructors are great.

Retracting my prior comments about this club:
If you want personal training, don’t do it here. The club is very disingenuous and fires their best trainers for nonsense reasons.
I informed the club I wanted to cancel my training after my coach was let go 6 weeks ago, and was not charged after a month, thought it was done with, but was charged again. Management refuses to do anything and was rude to me via the phone. Do not train here because they will have you on the hook for your training package for 2 months further even in the event of a firing, which really put me out financially at this point when I am taking an expensive vacation in the coming weeks. They will not work with you or be flexible whatsoever to your circumstances.
This is the second time this YEAR I had to change coaches and at this point the fact that they won’t work with me is ridiculous. Very, very bad business and just ensures that I would never train here again. If they had just been accommodating I would’ve considered it again in the future.

I had a pretty awful experience with the Edge fitness sales team . I was told I could cancel at anytime after 3 months which the sales guy (Jared) really assured me . I’m a single mom - and I didn’t want to be locked into a long terms agreement . After re-reading the small fine print in the agreement that he rushed me to sign (over the phone) it said that I could have canceled at any point within the three months after signing. This was NOT what I discussed with Jared nor something I would have agreed to. Once I stopped going to the gym altogether because they refused to work with me - I stopped paying. And then the hounds came in. Calling three times a day . Which is harassment. I think I’ve been to the gym a total of 12 times in the 6 months I was paying for my membership and random fees ? Thousands of dollars. I hope they respond so I can start posting all of the ridiculousness they have put me through. Shame on this gym - I’ll never step foot inside this scam gym

I travel for business a LOT and, as much as o love the Edge gyms, this one is the absolute best. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the gym is always clean and there is rarely any equipment that isn’t working. I definitely consider this my home gym, and I often use the customer service here as a reference for example, for my own staff.

I honestly spend hours here. Very clean. Staff know your face and greet you. Only issue is sometimes equipment doesn't work and is put of order too long.
