Our programs are based on Science and Research which proves that exercise QUALITY matters more than movement quantity. Our programs are designed to trigger total-body conditioning, which enables our clients to very safely and efficiently achieve increased strength and endurance, stronger bones, better blood sugar and maximum fat loss.
We use proprietary technologies that adapt to anyone's current fitness capabilities. Our coaches are experts at acclimating non-exercisers and deconditioned individuals to productive strength training.

I had an amazing experience at The Exercise Coach in Cranberry! The workouts are only 20 minutes, but theyβre incredibly personalized and effective. The coaches walk you through every machine and make sure you feel confident and supported. I noticed progress way faster than I expected. The studio is clean, welcoming, and perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. Highly recommend checking it out!

The Exercise Coach is a unique experience in workouts. The equipment allows for concentric and eccentric training at maximal resistance due to a computer program the builds on past performance, so the exercise effort is always increasing. The results are also increasing. Itβs an effective, high-resistance training that builds muscles and strength.
Also, a nutrition program is offered if people want to incorporate an additional health benefit. Highly recommend! Thanks Exercise Coach!

I highly recommend joining The Exercise Coach in Cranberry Township, PA! Lisa, John, and Matt are the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivational coaches I have worked with at any fitness center! Based on my work schedule, I got the opportunity to work with John the most during my multiple membership periods. As someone who used to be a personal trainer years ago with an Exercise Physiology degree, John absolutely surpassed my expectations and personal skillset! He taught me a lot of tips and tricks about proper form. He consistently offered me alternative strength training exercises using the multi-trainer to eliminate repetition and boredom and also to prevent muscle memory! Going there never felt like work or a chore due to an engaging, positive, and encouraging atmosphere. I left each session feeling proud and accomplished and that I could not wait to come back for my next session. If you want to lose inches, increase muscle mass/strength, improve the way you look and feel overall, and have fun while doing all of that, The Exercise Coach is the place for you!

What I love most about The Exercise Coach is that they have removed all my previous barriers to being consistent with a strength training regimen. This program is convenient (both in location and scheduling), does not take a lot of time (only 20 minutes twice a week), is effective (my whole body pleasantly feels like it did work), does not make me sweaty (I can run errands after), and I do not need to worry if I am performing the movement correctly (because the trainers watch me closely and keep my form in line). So happy to have found The Exercise Coach!

Finally found an exercise program I have stuck with consistently. Having a coach and a designated appointment time holds me accountable. If I were in a typical gym membership situation I would never show up. I would make a thousand excuses. Also, I feel like you get results without exhausting yourself physically or exhausting your time and already busy schedule. In and out in 25 minutes. That is workable for most anyone.

Iβve been a customer for a while now and have enjoyed it, but find it even more relevant now with the current need for social distancing. Class size is limited and you can do these exercises wearing a mask. I highly recommend!

Itβs small and very personal. Itβs intimidating for me to walk in to a huge gym and not know which way to go, what to do and wonder if people are looking at my inabilities to work out. I love the fact that these workouts are 20 minutes but intense, getting the job done in less than half the time! Iβm still early in the process but I expect that my opinion will not change!
