Nice, clean facility with unique machines and OUTSTANDING staff. Your effort and results are measured and stored electronically. The machines are friendly on your joints and the workouts change each week. It is a great environment to work all muscles and build strength.

The trainers are awesome, welcoming and helpful. The environment is clean and supportive. This has been a great start to my strength training journey.

Update: 1 year later and still going strong, Jared and Chelsea are amazing trainers and keep me motivated and coming back for more. If you are looking for an LGBTQIA+ friendly place to get in your strength training, this place is it!

Great place to exercise. I need structure and they provide it. Very clean and only 1 or 2 people in the site at all times. Constant sanitizing, make me feel safe to go there at this time and they inspire me to push my limits each session. So happy with my decision to become a member
