I love this place! The staff is friendly, supportive and helpful. If you can spare 20 minutes, 2 days a week on an amazing workout this is the place to go. I like you can track your progress. I can feel the results. I highly recommend.

A Terrific, Warm, Nurturing Environment! I would highly recommend The Exercise Coach-Newtown Square to anyone seeking strength training, regardless of fitness level or previous experience with other local gyms. I am a 53-year old suburban woman who joined in February 2024 after a difficult 2023 of eldercare responsibilities. I was seeking a mobility pick-me-up to complement my weekly walking routine. The amazing coaches-Maryann, Phil, and Lexi will meet you where you are with your fitness goals and will encourage and inspire you every session to do your best. For those seeking a comfortable and unintimidating fitness studio, definitely check out The Exercise Coach-Newtown Square. With only two sessions per week that you can easily fit into your busy schedule, you will start feeling great and focus on becoming a stronger version of yourself!

I love how 20 minutes gives me a great workout. I am challenged every session by the wonderful trainers who push you to do more - but in a supportive way. I have definitely become stronger since I started here. They are also very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Exercise Coach.
