Hilary is a C-IAYT with over 12 years of teaching private students and serving the community with group classes. She is an ERYT-500 instructor graduate from the Spanda Yoga Therapy program and an Ayurvedica lifestyle counselor with training in many forms of yoga as a physical practice along with mat Pilates. Specializing in serving students to support their personal growth through teaching, somatic experiencing and mindfulness programs.

Hilary is an AMAZING HUMAN! I’ve lived with chronic hip pain from an injury years ago. I kept hitting walls in physical therapy but when I started working with Hilary I actually started feeling relief from my pain. I see her for individual sessions and she’s so helpful and super knowledgeable about the body.

Hillary guided me through a healing practice and gave me resources to help my daughter with GI issues. She is devoted to discovering the root causes to illnesses. She practices Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Therapy, and she offers protocols that will help with healing. I am so thankful to Hillary!

Hilary is the best fitness instructor/coach I have ever had! And I have had a few! Knowledgeable in many forms of exercise and mind body connection. She is compassionate and never pushes beyond the limits of your capabilities. Can modify routines to fit my personal needs and limitations. Having her to coach me makes me want to exercise!

There is no one better than Hilary for yoga. She has studied and trained for years and knows more about the various types and styles of yoga than anyone I know. She listens to you and your concerns/issues and adapts as needed. She is tuned into the body and knows what is good for it. I recommend her highly.

I've attended pilates classes with Hilary for about 4 years now. I absolutely love her pilates classes. If you're a beginner she takes time to introduce you to the class and will work with you so that you do not feel in any way out of place. If you are a regular she will show you more advanced ways to deepen and broaden your workout. I look forward to my Wednesday night classes with her with the ever changing routines that work my abs, legs, arms, shoulders, hips.....well......EVERYTHING!

Hilary and I first crossed paths over ten years ago at the Kennett Area YMCA; myself as an instructor and she as a devoted member. I finally convinced her to join my BodyPump class and she has been unstoppable ever since!! She incorporates many different cross training practices into her own fitness routine which makes her the epitome of a well rounded athlete. I have attended many of her classes and love working with Hilary because of her kind, gentle and caring attitude as she assists us on our own personal "growing" journey to health and happiness. She never ceases to amaze me with her wealth of knowledge and experience as an awesome Mind, Body professional.
