It’s hard. So hard. And so so worth it! I have muscles and bragging rights. If you had told me 6 months ago how much weight I’d be lifting/pressing/pulling, I would not have believed it. At previous gyms, I couldn’t wait for my workout to be finished. I decided to try The Perfect Workout because I can do anything hard for 20 minutes. I’m pleasantly surprised to realize that I actually look forward to exercising now! Every single trainer is knowledgeable, helpful, personable and professional, and never judgey. Getting stronger on the machines results in me being stronger in real life, for example, I’m now able to walk up and down stairs with ZERO knee pain for the first time in YEARS! I’m now able to lift my water pitcher with one arm. I’m sleeping better, fit in my clothes better, and just feel happier all around. I can not recommend The Perfect Workout more!

Maria and Robert are the best!! This workout is so perplexing--because it's fast and only twice a week but after less than 3 months I have tangible muscles that I never knew I had, even when I worked out regularly using traditional programs. Places that used to jiggle are now much firmer, I'm never in pain (not even the "good" kind!), and the accountability of having set appointments has kept me on-track: I have only canceled one session, and that was due to illness. Yes, it is expensive. But for 1:1 training, without the distractions of a gym or other people around, and because it's the only workout program I've ever stuck with so diligently and consistently, it's worth every cent to me.

Perfect Workout Jenkintown is a great way to get fit. Over the past few months, I have seen really good results in as little as 20 minutes a session, 1 or 2 times per week. Robert is an awesome trainer. He helps me with proper form and motivates me to push through the pain. I enjoy my work outs with Robert and would definitely recommend Perfect Workout to others.

Like so many people with busy and complicated lives, I haven't worked out consistently in several years and enjoy such exercises as eating cake, managing family crises and stretching out full length on the couch for hours on end. That sort of nirvana can't last forever though, and makes you tight,, sore and cranky. So something must be done!! Without signing over your entire psyche to it. These trainers get that you are a real person meet you where you are and help you be the best you can be. The machines are no joke but the method is sensible, manageable and yields quick mastery or at least familiarity. I can't say enough about how wonderful the people who work there are You're by yourself with the trainer and your own potential, no posturing, no need for designer yoga pants, just you and the beautiful muscles God gave you working together with incomparable encouragement from professionals who are dedicated to your total success. Joining the Perfect Workout has by far been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made toward my personal health. Like most working professionals, I have a very busy schedule and it was always a challenge finding hours each week for my gym workouts. I love working out at The Perfect Workout Jenkintown. The workouts are short and effective. The trainers are friendly, professional and personable. They encourage you to be stronger with every visit. They are concerned with any injuries you have and make adjustments so you can still have a productive workout without getting hurt. The slow motion training has proven to be so much more effective for me than any other workouts I have ever tried. The nutrition program that is included has been very helpful. After struggling with some weight gain over the past few years I am back on track. I have lost 10 lbs and 15 inches in 3 1/2 months. I am stronger, have more energy and my confidence is coming back.

I am having the best workout experience at The Perfect Workout in Jenkintown! I really love the way the trainers take the time to make sure their clients are working out with integrity. The trainers are very friendly and they make sure their clients feel comfortable so they are able to do their best.

I'm always excited to go to my next session. I look forward to seeing new goals and challenges on the bulletin board. They make the experience fun and educational.There are always "friendly contests" to encourage clients.

The studio offers free nutritional counseling. This pairs well with the strength training. I always find new and interesting nutritional information at the studio.
