I love the Perfect Workout! It is only 20 intense minutes, twice a week. It works so well with my busy schedule. There is always time for 20 minutes! My trainer Crystal is wonderful. Her positive encouragement and and instruction are invaluable. I can see and feel good changes in myself after only two weeks. I can’t wait for my next workout!

I started at The Perfect Wokout in September, 2016. I never had a personal trainer, did try to exercise on my own, etc. , so this was quite a change , especially with the slow, intense, weight lifting. Since then, I lost another 15 pounds, dropped a few sizes and have much more energy and stamina.
The trainers in the Paoli Studio are always professional, drive you even when you don’t think you can do it, and are always focused on safety. The studio is clean. I would also like to add that the fellow clients are fun to talk to as we share The Perfect Workout experience on our way in and out after 20 minutes of exercise, twice a week.

I initially didn’t think a 20 minute workout would be that effective but after three months I’m a believer. I’ve lost inches, increased strength and stamina. The trainers are encouraging and guide you through to ensure you’re doing the correct form. They have pushed me to do so much more than I ever would have on my own.
I have a very hectic schedule and it has been easy fitting in the two workouts each week.
I highly recommend the Perfect Workout!

Private attention in a professional, supportive environment. The program is awesome - 8 machines, intense workout, in and out in half an hour. Perfect for me! It is one-to-one training, with at most one other pair working out when you are. The hours are flexible -- I work in the city and need very early times and this has been easily accommodated. The trainers are professionally qualified, personable and extremely knowledgeable -- not only on the machines, but overall fitness, and nutrition. If I have a question on nutrition or fitness, we talk about it and I often have an email that same day with additional information. Love it!

Highly recommend Perfect Workout in Paoli - I have been an active member for almost a year. I feel more energized and my clothes fitting so much better. Workouts are only 20 minutes twice a week. Although short, it is very intensive and focused. Staff at the Paoli location are true professionals and always helping you to push the extra mile to get the most benefit from your workout.

I love the perfect workout! I never liked working with weights but the perfect workout has been a totally different experience. Having a trainer work with you makes such a difference. They personalize the workout for you and give you encouragement throughout your workout! With my trainer I push myself to keep going when I would have quite if I were on my own. As a 70 year old I came to the perfect workout about 2 and 1/2 months ago because I found out my bone density was not what it should be and I could tell that my strength was not what I would want. Now, after just 2 and 1/2 months my back doesn’t get tired like it used to and I feel stronger going up and down steps...my balance is better and I know that this slow-motion workout is the best workout I have ever done. I know my bone density will show improvement.....I feel better and have even lost some inches! Thanks so much to my trainer and the perfect workout!!

I love working out here. The trainers are excellent and they ensure that you are not doing more than you should but enough to continue improving your strength. The hours are very flexible and the environment is private and very comfortable. I highly recommend for people wanting to do strength training, especially for people wanting to improve bone and muscle health! I've been doing it for over a year and I love it!
