Just started going to Thrive for back pain and I only have good things to say. I did Pilates for a year prior to doing private sessions and there’s a complete difference! I feel seen and the pilates actually working. My back feels better already. Her environment is inviting and calm. Everything is clean. She is the sweetest !

I recently had a one-on-one session at Thrive Pilates with Lily, and it was fantastic! Lily is so knowledgeable and welcoming. She took the time to really understand my goals and tailored the workout to meet my needs and experience level. I left feeling like I had gotten one of the best full body workouts and was motivated to keep coming back. The studio itself is clean, calming, and beautifully set up. She even had a non toxic beeswax candle burning during my session which enhanced the atmosphere and smelled amazing! I highly recommend Thrive Pilates! I will definitely be back!

I came to my first session nervous and lacking experience in Pilates. At Thrive, Lily made the initial exposure comfortable and inviting, creating an atmosphere that was informative and encouraging to individual needs and goals. She instructs well, listening and communicating to provide a sense of assurance and support. I walked away feeling strengthened both physically and mentally. Don’t hesitate if you are nervous to try and be willing to grow… it’s worth it.

For years I have done pilates in a group setting and I can without a doubt say that one on one pilates is far more beneficial!! Lily is an incredible instructor and have had much better results in helping my stiff back since starting my sessions with Lily! Very highly recommend giving pilates a shot if you never have and if you have done pilates I definitely recommend trying Thrive!
