This is a great place. I was visiting from out of town, and I used some guest passes. The couple who run the gym are great. It's also a very full gym with lots of equipment. You can absolutely get a full body work out here. I am glad the Poconos finally has a place like this.

Just love this place so far and we never stepped foot in there yet. We called to inquire and Anastasia was phenomenal and so nice. We wanted to do a three month and she was so accommodating and a true business professional. We can't wait to meet her in person and sign up and get started. We love that we are supporting local businesses and this is the best and can't wait to hit the weights. Avoid those big corporate places and call Anastasia......................see you on next week!!!!!!!

gym is very nice and new. everything is clean. only problem is people can play their own music on the speaker which is up to their discretion on sound and choice of music, so that’s pretty annoying if someone decides to play something you don’t like way too loud.
