TFB is an amazing, local, boutique workout studio in the middle of quaint Doylestown for all women! I discovered TFB when I was postpartum with my daughter two years ago and have been going ever since! Through the "Body After Baby" series, which I have now taken twice, Meghan has helped me rehab my core and gain confidence in working out again postpartum. Her strength classes are top notch and I love meeting other local moms. I appreciate Meghan's attention to detail and hand-selected exercises during each class. She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and hands-on. I would highly recommend joining the TFB community - it's always a sweaty and fun time!

Highly recommend! Meghan is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each mom that walks in her gym. It's a great place to get a good workout in while connecting with other moms. This class was awesome to ease back into working out after having my second baby. Meghan is such an amazing instructor who I learned so much from! I started the class 6 weeks postpartum and learned a lot about how to properly engage my core and improve my form while lifting. I highly recommend the Trimester Fit Body studio! Meghan is knowledgeable, passionate and amazing at what she does. She takes the time to teach women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy/postpartum in a way that is both challenging and empowering. I recently completed the Body After Baby series, and I 100% recommend TFB studio! Meghan is a wonderful instructor. She is knowledgeable, encouraging , and nonjudgmental. I felt comfortable from the very first class, which is so important newly postpartum. I loved the small class size, as Meghan was able to offer feedback to each of the moms. While I felt totally supported, I was definitely challenged to push myself to get good workouts. This was exactly what I needed to get my confidence back in my ability to exercise after having my baby. I also loved that I could bring my little one to the studio! Highly recommend Trimester Fit Body for effective prenatal workouts throughout pregnancy. I typically lift on my own at a local gym but tried the prenatal strength classes to stay motivated throughout my pregnancy and learn safe exercises to stay energized. I did private training sessions with a friend after we both had babies at the end of Feb. We did 8 sessions with Meghan. I loved it! She did a consultation beforehand and tailored our workouts for our specific needs which was awesome. She was so great to work with! Everything we learned in our training sessions, we can do at home as well. It was very motivating - it got me started getting my postpartum body back in shape! I was actually kind of sad that our sessions ended! I plan on going back for a group class soon.

Meghan is an absolute gem. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pregnant/postpartum bodies and is totally supportive without shying away from challenging mamas to push ourselves. Cute boutique studio in the heart of Doylestown that is super welcoming and targeted to healing women’s pelvic floor. When I got pregnant, I wanted to start strength exercises but was worried about hurting the baby, but Meghan made me feel safe and comfortable in all my prenatal workouts. Her small group class size made it easy for her to modify workouts for me when my acid reflux starting flaring up. The Body After Baby series helped me get back into postnatal training with tips to protect my abs and heal my pelvic floor. The studio is baby friendly, so I never have to miss a workout. I started working with Meghan when I was 28 weeks pregnant doing private trainings a few times a week and now at 40 weeks we are still going strong! I am so grateful to have found her, not only is she such a pleasure to be around, she is a master at her craft! I feel so confident doing whatever workouts she instructs as she gracefully guides me through them. The hour goes by so quick! Prior to finding her I couldn’t get motivated to workout but knew it was so necessary for me and my babies health, especially as a first time mom. I refer her to everyone and couldn’t have imagined having the same pregnancy experience without her. Going to the gym or regular classes is really difficult during pregnancy and knowing how to modify, she takes all the guess-work out. Meghan is an amazing trainer. I was lucky to be able to sign up for her postpartum series Body After Baby when I was six weeks postpartum, which was a perfect way to start being active again after giving birth. I still (and probably always will) think of the diaphragmatic breathing techniques she taught us, to properly engage the pelvic floor and core muscles before lifting and exerting effort.
