Just started taking My Son here on the recommendation of His Mom's boyfriend Mike. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with absolutely everything. The atmosphere is perfect. The trainer, Mark, is not only extremely educated in what seems to be all things fitness, He is exceptional with kids. Watching the repore the "regulars" have with Him, makes Me feel comfortable knowing My Son is getting the absolute best training He can. Thank You so much Mark!!!

Awesome gym! Dropped in for two weeks while I was in town visiting family and I loved every minute of it. They’ve nailed the old school feel and community but combined it with a some open floor design for MetCon type training. Also, great trainers/ owners. Mark taught me a few things that I’ll use no matter what gym I’m in. Thanks again, guys. I’ll be back!
