About the Club

Our mission is to help people avoid injuries to perform better and longer by staying mentally and physically strong and healthy.

Dr. Laurie Hubler, owner of Unique Performance Training, uses biomechanics to analyze body movement for a different, more effective approach to Health and Fitness

Customers can expect to gain a deeper insight to strength training process acting as a bridge between science, nutrition, and strength training.

Laurie has been working with my daughter since January for dance and soccer. She is knowledgeable and knows when to push and when to encourage. My daughter loves going and often asks to workout with Laurie even more! We can’t say enough how awesome she is!

I am in my late 50s and have had many knee injuries and surgeries from skiing accidents. Laurie is by far the most knowledgable professional I have found to assist with both physical therapy needs AND strength training so that I can keep up with my active family. She continually corrects my form - evaluates my needs - and pushes me to do the best at each session. She communicates well and is ALWAYS on time and respectful of my time with each session. I can not say enough good things about my experience!

I had SI joint issues and back pain many years ago, but it recently came back with a vengeance, and I knew I had to address the root cause. I literally was in tears after a work day of standing and was losing all I had gained at the gym the previous couple months. I’m so glad I found Laurie. She did a thorough assessment, found the issue, developed a plan of action around stretches and strengthening, and taught me how to assess and adjust to get through my work day. It wasn’t long before I was back to running and lifting at the gym. I loved the app so that I could do the exercises at home, and Dr. Laurie was so good about answering my questions and adjusting my plan as needed. It’s been a few months, and I am so thankful to feel myself again and resume working towards my fitness goals.

Where to start? I have had major issues with my back for 8 years. Shots, physical therapy, chiropractic care were all bandaids until I worked with Dr. Laurie.

She listened, assessed, and created a workout for me and my needs. In the past when working with trainers things were so modified there was no burn. Dr. Laurie customized a program for me specifically and made adjustments as we progressed. She also showed me some great stretches to keep me mobile.

I love that I can do these workouts from the comfort of my own home or in a gym setting. She made me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my limitations. She pushed when I needed pushed and encouraged me to keep going. I am more mobile now than I have been in years and it is thanks to her and her skills.

After years of fitness programs, gyms and personal trainers it was great to get the advice of Laurie! She did an assessment of all my aches and pains and recommended exercises to treat those areas. Then she spent a lot of time making sure the exercises were being done properly. The exercises are in my regular routine now!

Over the years doing intense workouts my body had developed pain in spite of my efforts of trying to be fit and healthy. I was so impressed with Laurie. She listened to what I said about the pain and created a plan. She was very particular in targeting the specific areas. Laurie showed me how and adjusted my body to the correct positions. She followed through between sessions and reviewed the exercises at the next to make sure I was still doing them properly. My pain has diminished in a short period of time with her guidance. Laurie knows her stuff!

Dr.Laurie has showed me how to stretch and workout properly without being in pain!
I've tried to exercise and workout in the past yrs. but it never lasted long because I never knew exactly what exercises to do without being in pain!

After just a few weeks with Dr.Laurie, I now stretch/exercise pain free daily!!
