I’ve been a going to this gym from 3 years , and it’s been a great experience overall. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or group classes, there’s something here for everyone.

All the coaches are knowledgeable and approachable.Especially Nick and Sebastian are always happy to offer guidance, correct your form, or give advice on workouts and recovery. You can tell they care about helping people reach their goals.

Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start or level up their fitness journey!

I love this gym. I tried everything in Chester County- F45, the YMCA, Boot Camps, and United Fitness is by far the best. Their focus is on form and building strength. I’m challenged every time I go, but it’s always fun. Nothing has ever motivated me to get out of bed like United fitness. The coaches are excellent, and the studio is super clean. Highly recommend.

Great gym! It doesn't matter if you are just starting out or have been working out for a long time. Each workout is designed to push you to the best of your own ability! Coaches are super friendly, supportive and push you to get the most out of your workout. The coaches are great at keeping you motivated and pushing when needed while keeping the balance of letting people go at their own pace. The meal planning at well has helped me understand what a well balanced meal looks like and how to prepare them. When I came here I was on blood pressure medicine at the age of 42. Love Legion! I’ve been a member for about a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say. The classes are challenging and provide great variety, which I love. The coaches are super supportive, pushing me to progress with more reps or heavier weights, and checking in every week through challenges. Do the challenge! My wife and I just completed the 6-week challenge and we both met it! Quite a feeling of euphoria having done this.

Was this easy? No. If it was then everybody would do it. For us, this required:
1. Being vulnerable. Group classes in other gyms are often full of in shape people wearing the perfect clothes. This is not for us at all and is a turnoff. We felt a sense of belonging in this gym.
2. Commitment. Six weeks of following the plan. What is the plan? Attend a high intensity workout five days a week and eat the food on their nutrition plan. Was it restrictive? No. This is all real food. I ate steak, chicken, salmon, turkey, and burgers almost always on the grill with great veggies. They encourage use of healthy carbs. My last diet was using shakes, bars, and soups all processed which is why I put weight back on. I do not think this will happen now. Milkshakes, pizza, and beer are not allowed.
3. Have support. Initially I thought this part was lame thinking I could just do this on my own. Well, having my wife do this with me was amazing. Posting publicly on Facebook allowed friends from far and wide to encourage me.
4. Be patient. The weight does not fall off at once and the shirts don’t fit better after one or two weeks. However, after about four weeks pants are loose and the joints don’t hurt as much in the workouts.
5. Have fun in the classes. I found my comfort in the 4 or 5pm classes. My wife preferred the morning. It was great to see some of the same people and encourage each other on our journeys.
6. Trust the team. Kristyn, Nick, Daniel, and Natalie wanted me to reach my goals as much as I did. They offered guidance and encouragement the entire time.

One small thing that I appreciated was being able to attend a couple of classes before the challenge began. I paid for the program two weeks before and attended about five classes. This helped me learn what to expect. I was fortunate for this timing.

I recently took part in the 6-week challenge run by Legion Transformation Center in Exton. This is not something I would do on my own as I’m comfortable going to the gym to weight train and running. My wife motivated me to sign up because she was doing the same.

I was very skeptical going into it because of the money at risk, but it served as a motivator and I ended up learning a lot about myself and my body by attending the classes and adhering to the strict and frequent eating. The instructors were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable . Especially at 5:00am where a little grumpiness would be understood!

The classes are intense HIIT workouts which always seem to get the heart pumping and the body sweating. Modified exercises are often offered by instructors either to make them more manageable or more challenging. There are a lot of nice body weight exercises that I’ve learned here that can be done outside of gyms.

In my opinion adhering to the diet is the most difficult and most important of this challenge. Knowing what to eat as well as how much and how often including the meal prepping can be very daunting, but the coaches are available to answer any questions that come up and to offer advice.

Overall Legion Transformation Center Exton lives up their name. With a some motivation, commitment and the LTCE coaches, you can achieve your fitness goals!

I signed up for their 6-week challenge and was able to lose 21.4 pounds and 6% body fat thanks to their workout and nutritional plan.

The workouts are all led by a coach and although the workouts can be quite intense (they're HIIT - high intensity interval training), if there are certain exercises that you can't do they always provide modifications or alternative exercises. They also always demonstrate each exercise and point out dos and don'ts so you have proper form and hit the muscles the exercise is intended for.

The nutritional plan is easy to follow and all the coaches are very helpful with any questions and will work with you if any changes to the plan are needed along the way.

If you have struggled losing weight, I highly recommend Legion.

From Day 1 you are welcomed. The owner, Kristyn, is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Excellent transformation center and experience!! I had joined Legion Exton as a 6 week challenger, I lost 15.2 pounds and 4.8% body fat, by following the nutrition plan and exercise.

I’ve enjoyed every class, all the coaches and staff are very motivating and push you through limits, as we also know that we can do it. Everybody at Legion are always happy and ready to help be it anything like nutrition plan, exercise, setting up goals. They guide through everything and keep track at every week. I enjoyed the activities, like March madness, it was fun and now burpee challenge!! Even other members are supporting, facility is clean and inviting.

I remember when I came in for first day I wrote my goal as ‘To become fit again, let’s start’ and now it is to ‘Stay fit’!!

Have been at Exton since it opened a year and a half ago. The coaches are very professional and always encouraging you to do your best! It is a pretty low keyed gym....not lots of testosterone. I really like it is that I go in and don't have to think about anything. Monday and Thursday is upper body day,Tuesday and Friday are lower body day and Wednesday and Saturdays are full body day. 45 minutes and done!! If you are doing one of the weight 20 lb loss challenges they provide you with all the materials you need and guide you to. your new way of eating. The meal plans are very easy to do you just need to food prep for the week to be able to stay on top of it or your bad habits try to take over! hahaha. But a great gym and all the people I have met are very nice.

I’ve been a member of Legion Exton for a little over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken! The coaches are motivating and will push you to your limits but if your not comfortable they can give you an adjustment to fit your needs. I played rugby through college and tore my ACL my senior year. Legion was the first time since that I’ve done high intensity workouts and i haven’t had any problems.

I moved to the area to start a new job and was very busy the classes were a perfect fit into my schedule. The 45 minutes takes very little time out of my day especially factoring in the time I used to take to plan out my workouts. I no longer have to worry about what I’m going to do at the gym on a certain day or if I’m hitting every muscle group. I also love how the workouts are switched up everyday, I always feel challenged and never find myself bored.

I also like that the coaches are not only there for you for classes but they also helped with setting up goals and a nutrition plan. I’ve always been active but never consistent when it came to my eating habits which looking back definitely slowed me from achieving my goals. The team made it very simple to stick to a consistent meal plan which not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but also made me feel better mentally. The last thing I want to mention is the Legion community, you won’t find a more positive group of people, both in the gym and in the online support groups. It’s great sharing recipes and products and I feel like that’s what makes Legion feel like more than just a gym membership.

I did back-to-back 6-week challenges losing 26.2 in my first and 21.2 in my second for a total of 47.4 over 12 weeks! How amazing is that?

I can honestly say I enjoyed the classes and going to the gym each day. The accountability system and meal plan coupled with challenging daily workouts made what would seem like a massive undertaking a reality by simply following the instructions and working hard. Most days, the only workout of the day was the 45-50 minutes at Legion and strict adherence to the diet.

I cannot recommend Legion enough to anyone that needs a jump start and motivation to get going. It will work if you follow the instructions and put in the effort. I am certain.

The Exton gym has outstanding leadership, coaches, administrative staff, and members. Everyone is supportive. I cannot recommend this program enough if you need a challenge to get going.

1 year ago I got some bad news and used comfort food to get through. I gained around 18 pounds. I kept seeing ads for Legion Transformation Exton and decided to give it a shot and I'm so happy I did! I did a 6 weeks 20Lb weight loss program with Legion transformation Center , Exton. Its has been a pleasant journey.
I am not an gym person or one who gets into crazy diet, this program caught my attention mainly due to the fact you can still eat your protein, carbs and veggies , get your exercise and loose weight.
During the course of 6 weeks I have consistently lost between 3 and 3.5 lbs and end up loosing 21.8 lbs at the end of 6 weeks.
if I can do this one any one can do.

I did the challenge after my wife completed it, and although I was hesitant at first, I am definitely glad I did it. She had lost over 20lbs and thus got our money back, so I decided to go for it. Update: I just finished my second challenge. We were travelling so did a little break in between, and I wanted a jump start to get back into the swing of things. This time I decided to do the 5% body fat, since 20 pounds a second time in only 6 weeks seemed too much (not that I don't have it to lose, just not that fast this time).
As before, the coaches, the classes, the facility - it was all incredibly well done. Nothing but praise for this program. I surprised myself and was able to hit the goal this time as well. But, I should be surprised. The team there motivates you to do your best always, and excels at getting ‘just a little more’ out of you every class, every time, every day. Thanks Legion Exton!

I just completed the 6 week challenge under ‘duress’ - that is to say it wasn't my idea, I was doing it with my spouse. I basically knew what the program would be, and it met every one of those expectations, but then surprised me by going much further. The surprising part was to see just how powerful the motivation factor of doing the classes here was.

There is basically nothing you do here you can’t do yourself alone. That's the thing though, you just don’t do it alone, no matter how motivated you think you are. Even if you manage to work out every day at home, you can’t get past the incredible energy the coaches here bring to the workout. I know how to push myself, but it seems like they always manage to get a little bit more out of you. They never push you past your limits, but help you find that those limits were further away than you thought. It's an amazing, talented staff, and even more, the whole feeling here is always one of both drive and support.

If you are having *any* thoughts about trying this out, then you should do yourself a favor and immediately do so. Follow their guidelines and you will be amazed by yourself and what you can accomplish!

I was very nervous going in and super sore the first week - especially (I had serious doubts). I didn't give up (which is huge for me). Every day - I walked into the kindness of fellow members and challengers - as well as unwavering support from Kristyn, Julia, Brandon and Zack - always there for candid talks and motivation. While I didn't lose the full 20 pounds - what I gained is immeasurable! I am stronger, healthier and don't completely avoid looking in the mirror any more. I lost inches and fit into a dress that I would not have been able to zip up 6 weeks ago. It sounds cheesy - but I feel 'transformed' in my overall way of thinking, eating, exercising and attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you - thank you - thank you!

I recently completed the 6week challenge and had amazing results! I lost 22.4lbs! If you’re looking to make a lifestyle change, but are struggling to do it on your own- this is the place for you! Legion will provide you with all the support you need to be successful and reach your goals. The coaches are awesome and the staff is amazing. Zach is so great at making sure your form is good on every rep so you’re getting the best workout and preventing injury. Brandon is high energy and keeps you motivated to give it your all every workout and always reminds you to breathe. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and genuinely want to help you accomplish your goals. After completing this challenge I feel so proud of myself. It will do wonders for your body, but also your character and self-esteem as well. So grateful for the experience I had here!

I joined a challenge at the Exton location to help me kick-start my fitness journey. I went from zero motivation to looking forward to working out every day. The workouts are challenging for sure, but I haven't felt this great in a really long time! I have more energy, I sleep better, and I have less brain fog. Oh, and I lost weight and my clothes fit better! I didn't succeed at the challenge, but I ended up joining for six months so I can continue working towards my weight and fitness goals at my own pace. I knew halfway through the challenge that I wanted to continue the workouts, so this worked out perfectly for me. The coaches are wonderful, and they watch to be sure you are positioned correctly. I found the food plan easy to follow, but I tend to eat healthy anyway.

I'd recommend carefully reviewing the different challenges they offer to be sure you pick the best one for your goal.

I did the 6 week challenge at Legion in Exton. I successfully lost the 20 pounds but also gained strength and more confidence. I joined as a member. I recently had hand surgery and took two weeks off. The coaches are helping me modify as I gain strength back in my hand. I actually missed coming to Legion while I was out . Kristyn, Julia, Zack, Tristan and Brandon are so supportive. They are the best and seem to really care and listen. It feels more than just a gym but a family. I find the other members are supportive and don't feel judged by anyone. The facility is clean and inviting. I also have purchased different supplements and protein products. I find they are great quality. I highly recommend Legion Transformation Center in Exton!!

I absolutely love this place! I went from dreading the gym, to actually LOVING the gym! The trainers are great and so supportive. The optional 6 week challenges they offer are exactly what I needed. I’ve never been in better shape. You work hard for 45 minutes and you’re done! If you are thinking of trying it out, I highly recommend it!

Great place for overall fitness. This place is group fitness oriented. The coaches know you by name and know your goals. They work with you on each exercise to make sure you're using proper technique. Very friendly membership. Need to lose weight? Follow their program and it will happen. I can't say too many good things about Legion Exton.

If you are one of those who has signed up to all gyms in your neighborhood but you barely go (like me 😊) or if you are one of those who hates exercising but needs to drop a few pounds and keep them off, Legion Transformation is the place for you. There you will surely find a positive environment with great support and motivation from both the Legion team and fellow members. It’s exactly what you need to get started on your exercising routine. I first started at Legion through a family member recommendation who had successfully done the 6 week challenge with great results. I couldn’t be happier for joining. I just finished the 6 week challenge and became a member at Legion Transformation center/ Exton. I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly, professional and will give you all the support you need. Of course for every successful weight loss program it will take much of your input, not only at the gym but outside as well. Like staying focused on what you eat and drink, getting enough rest, sleep,etc. If you follow the program you will surely be successful and reach your goals.
I would like to say thank you to each one of the Legion/ Exton team, Kristyn, Zack, Tristan, and to all those who’ve taken their time and effort to put together the great program that they offer each day in class . We truly appreciate everything.

My first 6 week challenge with Legion was back in 2015 in West Chester. I loved the program and succeeded with my goals. It truly was one of the best decisions to get back to exercise and taking care of myself. Unfortunately, I let the every day stressors and busy life take over and left Legion after 2 yrs. Well, what a mistake that was! I fell off track, started eating unhealthy and had no accountability. Fast forward 2 years and I see that Legion is franchising and a new location is opening up in Exton. This location was so much closer to home too. I realized that it was time to take care of myself again and there should be no excuses. So I called Kristyn who owns the Exton Legion. She was awesome and ready to start transforming people. The program did not change it just grew bigger! So I knew what this was all about. I was excited to sign up and officially be the first challenger to sign at Exton! I am so happy that I did. TRUST THE PROCESS, IT WORKS! I reached my goal, felt so much better, had more energy and best of all met such an amazing group of new friends. The trainers, Zach, Tristan and John are great. They work with you and know when to push you. Thank you Legion once again for getting me back on track. Next, looking forward to bloodwork and seeing those numbers go down too.

Truth be told, 5 stars just isn't enough!!! I came in a few days late to the program thanks to a coworker that came in on Thursday RAVING about her workouts and this amazing program. I had to see it for myself. I went to the gym, talked with Kristyn and was instantly hooked. I signed my papers and I was back that night for my first workout.

What did I get myself into? I was huffing and puffing during the warm-up!! I made it through the workout and truthfully wasn’t sure I could make it back the next day! I realized I needed to do something, I have tried it all – from diets, to shakes, to workout programs to do on my own, none of it worked! Why? To be completely honest – it was myself – I was the problem. I just couldn’t stick to something. The accountability you get at Legion is something so amazing! I was excited to get up at 5 am to go to the 6 am workouts (NEVER, did I think I would say that).

Legion WORKS!! I am so lucky and so thankful that I found legion when I did. I was so unhappy with the way I looked, and my weight was at an all time high. I joined the 6-week challenge thinking, its 6 weeks then I can decide if this is for me or not. After my first full week – I decided right then and there this is where I need to be. Zach and Tristan are AMAZING coaches and push you when you need to be pushed. I never see my full potential and I always grab lighter weights (not anymore). They bring over heavier weights in the middle of the exercise because they know I can do it, they know I have the strength. If I was doing this program without a coach – let’s be honest, I would probably still be using the 5 lb. weights for everything!

The food portion of the program is super easy to follow (especially the recipes that they provide to you as well). The biggest change was to meal prep, something I had never done before. It makes the week fly by and it takes the guess work out of what you are going to eat/make for dinner after work when you get home at 7 pm. Prep it all on Sunday and you are good to go!

This challenge might be over – but my time at Legion is far from over!

I truthfully cannot say enough great things about Legion – Exton. Kristyn, Zach and Tristan – thank you so much for truly changing my life! Love you guys!!
