United Fitness is the best gym. I have been a member of many gyms over the years but none can compare to this gym. The coaches are the best. They are all very knowledgeable and motivating while making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Each day the classes are different and work different muscle groups. You can work at our own fitness level to achieve your goals. The members are great too. We all try to motivate each other and have fun while working out. I love my fit family and highly recommend this gym. Come check it out. You won’t regret it.

United Fitness feels like a community of coaches and peers who want to help you be your best self. I never regret a workout and the coaches keep the workouts different and full of surprises so the clients never get bored or sick of any single exercise. It has a hometown / small town feel to it while helping show incredible results. I have never been this in shape in my life and that’s due to the coaches keeping me wanting to come back and stay engaged.

I've been attending the same gym since 2017 and I really enjoy it!!! I go 4 days a week because it gives me structure, keeps me motivated, and helps me feel stronger and healthier. I love this gym!! I was in search of a gym focused on small group strength training while rehabbing a shoulder injury. The training is perfect—supportive and tailored to focus on various parts of the body (lower, upper and total body). The coaches are knowledgeable, and the community vibe makes every workout something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

I came back to United Fitness several months ago after a few years hiatus, and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself all year. The coaches are incredible and make all the difference. I finished the United Fitness six week challenge today and I can’t recommend it enough! I did the challenge about 9 years ago, so when I was ready to do something about weight I had gained, I knew this six week challenge would work because it worked for me before.

This time around, I lost more than the 20 pound goal and 5% body fat, just by following the directions. The classes are really great - not only are the coaches all very friendly, they offer help to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and offer modifications if you can’t do a certain movement.

Losing this weight from doing this program has helped me fit into clothes that didn’t fit anymore and eliminated the need for a medication that I was taking for a GI issue that is no longer a problem.

Overall, I’m so happy I did this challenge and definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to lose the weight in a healthy, sustainable way!

The trainers are wonderful and push me to work out harder and better than I would on my own. If your looking to improve your fitness and are willing to commit to participating in a 45-50 minute workout 3-5 per week, you should seriously consider United Fitness in Newtown Square.

It's solid work, and you'll feel great after completing the class. It consists of numerous exercises targeting upper body, lower body or full body, all with the goal trying to complete as many reps as you can with as heavy of a weight as you can.

You show up, do the work and the amazing team of coaches at United Fitness will do the rest. They create and demonstrate daily exercise programs, ensure your form is correct AND will occasionally show some love by increasing your weights.

They run classes through out the day, so there will certain to be one that will fit your schedule.

Beyond the coaches, the member community is also amazing. You'll meet and work with all people that have similar interests and goals with you.

It's a great place to get fit and have fun.

This place has been my gym since 2016, and while I haven’t always been consistent in my health journey, each time I return they welcome me with open arms. The name says it all, United Fitness. A fitness family, celebrating each other’s scale and, most importantly non-scale victories - supporting and uplifting each other when we need it most. i originally did a challenge in 2017 and joined soon after successfully completing it. Life got in the way and I tried other gyms/workouts thinking that was the right move. Fast forward 2 years and I found myself back at the gym after having my daughter and have been back since! The best gym you could ask for! I love the group classes that focus both on strength and conditioning. The coaches are there to push and motivate, teach and correct form, but they also work on finding alternative exercises if you have pain or an injury. Classes are a mix of fitness levels, and everyone is welcome. From exercises using body weight to deadlifts and squats with the barbell, there is a place for everyone here. The best part is the community the coaches have created. Every coach and every member truly care about one another and wants to see everyone succeed on their fitness journeys. There are a number of class times that work for people, whether it's early in the morning, noon, or early evening. I could not recommend this gym more! Best decision I've made for my health!
