The employees are awesome. They do have different quality bays to choose from. You need to let them know what you want to accomplish. If you just want to play a course any bay will do. If you want to work on your swing and really get into the details there are certain bays better for that. Just let them know what you want to do.

Best golf simulator in Lancaster hands down. The facility is amazing. Cameras that capture the club at impact, cameras that capture your body throughout the swing, even a pressure board that captures your weight transfer throughout the swing. The manager, Chris, is friendly and helpful. The amount of data you can get is astounding. I've had golf lessons in the past but never got much value from them, however, I am excited to try a golf lesson here because with all the photos, videos and data that is captured I think the instructor will be better able to diagnose and treat my slice more effectively than a traditional lesson at an outdoor range.

Coach Matt with his ability to see my shoulder challenge and adapt his teachings to my swing has been a huge help. Chris's expertise in finding the right shafts for my irons and matching me with a new 3 wood and Hybrid has filled the yardage gaps that I had. My 13 yr old Grandson has taken lessons from Coach Matt as well and Chris has fit him with the right shafts for a 100mph swing speed. Love these guys!!

The premier fitting was great, and the instructors were very knowledgeable. The setup is very nice, and lots of data was shared throughout the fitting to show why a club setup is recommended. There's also a nice written summary of their recommendations given at the end. I would've liked to have some data printed out afterwards on how the fitted clubs performed vs my own clubs. But otherwise, it was very helpful and I really enjoyed the experience.

I had an excellent experience working with Chris. He identified so areas of opportunity in my hand positioning. We worked using my existing putter to identify where a custom fitted putter could better support my game. Part of my custom fit was making sure my line shaft allowed for a symmetrical alignment with the ball.

I needed to have my putter shorten and the grip saved. Chris did an amazing job in saving a grip that I was told couldn’t be saved. In addition, he then took the time to adjust my putter to my stance/stroke…all for $25. Will certainly use them again when needed.

Chris was the epitome of first-class customer service. In a comfortable, casual, "expert in his craft" way, Chris patiently dialed in my specific needs in club selection and fitting. This guy knows what he is doing and had my swing stats to prove what would fit and what would not. My son is also a customer and has raved about "the Club Nut." It was Mom's turn to upgrade my decade old Callaway set and various mismatched clubs. Austen insisted Chris at White Rose was the best choice for club fitting. Today, I look forward to my new Ping irons and a few matching hybrid clubs arriving in about 10 days; all tailored to my age (63), swing style, grip preference, lack of loft and many other factors. Another note...Chris does not "oversell," as in adding clubs you don't need today or maybe ever! which of course ensures that I will return to consider a driver and a putter at some future date. I hear they are expanding soon and there is no doubt why. Don't go anywhere else! This guy knows what he is doing and will help you! Through technology, logic and expertise Chris will assist in making the most valuable purchase. Golf is hard...and golf is fun. After a 9 year hiatus I decided to get back into golf this past Spring. I purchased my irons from a direct to consumer brand because I didn't want to spend a ton of money on new clubs and come to the conclusion that I didn't have the time or motivation to play golf consistently again. After playing all the Spring, Summer and Fall months and truly enjoying the game again, I decided I to get my clubs checked to make sure they were actually "right" for me. So I booked an equipment check with Chris that, based on the number of questions I was asking him, morphed into a full blown club fitting with my current heads.

Chris was extremely patient and thorough. I am not the type of person that likes people watching me do anything, but his approach instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. After spending an extensive amount of time with me, Chris gave me $1,000 worth of free advice on my set up that netted more immediate and significant positive results than any shaft flex, shaft weight or lie angle adjustment we had tried. The only change he recommended to my "hadn't played golf in 9 years, direct to consumer, spec'ed out based on my buddies' recommendations from playing golf with me almost a decade ago" clubs was to go up in grip size. I completely agreed, as the larger grip size eliminated the tension in my forearms and relaxed my grip.

The only downside to working with Chris is...now that I know my clubs are spec'ed correctly for me...I don't have anything to blame my bad shots on other than myself.

Definitely recommend working with Chris. It was informative, relaxed and ultimately a lot of fun and I have a lot more confidence in my set up.

We followed Chris, aka Clubnut, over to Lancaster Indoor Golf when he took on a new position with their business. Chris is the best fitter in the business and can perfect and customize your clubs to pretty much any feature to fit your exact needs. He really is the rain man of golf and is the go-to guy when you want to invest in your game. Lancaster Indoor Golf has a great facility with big bays and a great putting area. This place really is a one-stop shop and I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s the perfect fit for those just getting into golf to golfers looking to beat their buddies all the way to pros. I had a golf outing on a Saturday in Maryland, and on Thursday my 56 degree's club head got loose. The bezel thing was worn away or whatever, and everytime I tried to hit the club the head would turn like 90 degrees and the ball would fly way right. On Friday I called another local golf store and they acted like it was gonna be a 3 day turnaround and $40. I said that was absurd and then tried this place. They got it done the same day, for $15, and were nothing but friendly. I will not be back to the other local store for any similar needs, this new Lancaster Indoor Golf and Training Center earned my business!
