I was very overweight and out of shape. I had tried many diets and gyms without success. Then I saw an ad for a 6 week bootcamp and said "why not give it a try?" That was 6 months ago and now I look forward to going every day! Coach Maddie is amazing! Her energy gets me motivated and her workouts are different every day. She really does make exercise FUN and the class goes by so fast! I really enjoy the small classes in which you get personal attention to make sure you are doing it right (important to me!) She pushes me way more than I would ever push myself and I'm so happy with my results! I went from size XL pants to size medium in about 4 months!! I'm 54 years old and have never felt better! If I can do it, YOU can do it!

I enjoy my workouts. I feel well welcome by my coach...shot out to Coach Maddie!!!
I feel that zen fitness as been a great gateway to my new and improved self. The workouts rotate daily allowing you to work out various areas of your body for maximum results. I love reading the signs above the mirror in the studio...DISCIPLINE...FOCUS... if you are looking for something that will provide you the right stuff to reach your fitness and health goals...this is the place for you. Another great perk is that there is a 5am class!!! Everyone can work out prior to work!!!!

I signed up for the six-week boot camp. THREE YEARS LATER, I'm still going 5 times per week! I'm fit, I'm strong and I'm NOT BORED! There's something new and different with each work-out. There's food plans and monthly fitness challenges and coaching calls and even an email to check on me if I miss class. Getting out of bed an hour earlier doesn't get any easier, and the work-outs don't either! I just get stronger and healthier!

After years of lifting in the gym I was looking for something that could combine strength and cardio exercises. This workout has helped me strengthen my core and tone up better than any other workout. A different workout everyday keeps it from ever getting boring.

This is a great class for a beginner or an advanced athlete. I love that every day is completely different and fun. After trying it for a few weeks, I decided to sign up for 12 months. You can go as many days a week as you like depending on your schedule and there is no pressure to do things that you find too difficult in the beginning; everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. I strongly encourage anyone to take a trial class - you will get hooked! The classes are small and the instructor is wonderful. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, especially to newcomers :-)

The whole idea of waking up at 4:30 every morning wasn't going over well in my mind. I took the plunge and signed up for the 5 am class. Rolling out of a nice warm bed to go work out was tough at first. After the first week I was waking up at 4:30 on the weekends as well. It is amazing how much energy I now have throughout the day. Before I started this program I had severe lower back pains all the time. After a few weeks those pains are gone. The classes are great. There are always multiple levels of intensity you can choose with each exercise. I like how every day/week it is a different combination of exercises. Keeps you on your toes.

My 3 kids have noticed a huge difference in my energy level. In the past they would ask to walk across the street to go to the middle school to play baseball or lacrosse. Now I go with them and throw the ball around etc. I am not longer considered the "No Man" to them.

Nutrition is another aspect of this program. They have taught me the importance and consequences of what you put into your body. No more processed foods, eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones, drink lots of water and eats lots of fruits and veggies. Since my wife is also in this program; makes it much easier when shopping to only buy healthy foods.

Since I have started this new lifestyle change; within the first 5 weeks I have lost 15 pounds and I now put my belt on two holes tighter. Can't wait to see what changes I will see in my body at the end of the next 5 weeks.

This program is a lifestyle change. It emphasizes both fitness and nutrition and the link between the two.
The nutrition component emphasizes whole foods and the elimination of processed foods. The instructors highlight different tips each week to help you meet your goals.
The fitness component can be tailored to your fitness levels with modifications to make the exercises more or less strenuous. The workouts change everyday and every week, so you don't end of bored or hitting a fitness plateau.

We are entering week 5 of our ten week challenge. This is the 1st program that I have seen that offered so many times to choose from - 5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am and 9:30 am. I am part of the 5 am class and love it. I feel very challenged in this class - every day is different and so is every week. You can easily become bored with exercise but not here - what you put into it, is what you get out of it. It combines fitness and nutrition to help with overall health. The instructors are awesome and very motivating. They coach you both on the exercises and the nutrition to keep you going. All the exercises can be done at your own level and it is amazing to watch the transformation of myself and those in the class in just these 4 weeks. Thanks for the great workouts!

This Challenge welcomed all levels of fitness. I consider myself at the advanced level of fitness and feared this type of program would not challenge me---I was wrong. This program challenges everybody at every level. Our 5am class consisted of every type of "exerciser"---from the very basic to the people like myself looking to get an official butt whooping. Each exercise let alone day is made up of leveled exercises for you to choose and strive towards. It was amazing watching fellow class members who could barely do one modified push-up, be able to do multiple traditional push-ups by week four! Each person has made progress, and doing it in a team like setting is one of the best parts (even better---no group weigh ins of any kind---your goals are you goals).Kick boxing days are my absolute favorite:) Highly recommend this program for any/all levels of fitness and especially for those looking to make a total body transformation.
