Witherspoon Boxing + Fitness offers years of lineage in the boxing community. The Witherspoon family has two generations of professional fighters dating back to the 1970s.
Along with our trusted staff, we aim to “Bring out everyone’s Inner Champion” no matter who you are or where you’re from.

I came here with my husband and his boxing gym in our area. Our gym was having a youth match event and needed the space. Witherspoon boxing gym is so immaculately clean. I could tell the building itself was quite old, but the interior of the gym was well kept. The staff there was so courteous and helpful, it was insane. They provided us with supplies we might need and even helped us set things up. They cheered on with us to support the kids competing from our gym. Just awesome!

It is so amazing in there they have puching bags a treadmill in the back and other things you can even do boxing class in there it’s in the Grundy studios just go up the stairs then you wanna turn keep walking and it should say Witherspoon boxing and fitness on the door defiantly a 5 star place to workout if your 10 or something your free to workout but if you going with someone they would cost 10 bucks
