X-Force: A Technological Breakthrough in Strength and Conditioning.
X-Force equipment and protocol is a comprehensive program that stimulates maximal strength increases, heart/lung efficiency, flexibility, and body fat loss.
X-Force involves a βtiltingβ weight stack which increases resistance by 40% on the lowering (negative) phase of the repetition. This increased resistance necessitates a far greater systemic recovery than conventional workouts.
X-Force effectively reduces training time to 30 minutes one day a week. The X-Force protocol can be a total conditioning program in itself or also complement other conditioning protocols (spinning, yoga, etc.) the trainee wishes to incorporate into his/her daily activities.

Did a drop-in session with Katie & had a great experience. Super interesting that with these machines I could do a 40% extra weight on the deload going slow on the backend of a rep. in 20 minutes I got a full body workout in.

I have met with Roger twice now and I look forward to coming back weekly. He came highly recommended. I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis 5 years ago. Roger is confident, and from what I've learned about it so am I, that working out with negative machines will improve my dexascan scores. I love that I can get max results in just 30 minutes once a week! Bring it on!
