Very disappointed by the last minute change to the schedule this evening. I was making a special visit to the studio to flow with Rona but leadership decided last minute to change the schedule. I was so excited for this class. Rude on the owners for taking the spot from their teacher.

I am very new to yoga, and when I found YOCO, I was nervous and excited to try something out of my comfort zone. I have been taking the gentle flow and foundations flow class with Cecilia.

She is fantastic, so helpful and I look forward to going back!

This is my favorite Yoga studio in Pittsburgh. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The studio is always clean, the classes are all great. They have different types of classes that fit everyone’s style and budget. I also like that they offer work-trade. I highly recommend this studio.

YOCO is the best. I am someone who was new to yoga, and the instructors are amazing. You can tell that they genuinely care about what they do, and it’s not just a “job” for them. If you need help, they will help you. The environment is warm and welcoming, and you can feel the sense of community that they are creating as well.

One of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to! The owners and teachers are so kind and welcoming. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been practicing for years there’s a place for you at YOCO.

YOCO is by far one of the best yoga studios in Pittsburgh. As both a student and a teacher, I’ve found myself consistently growing—on and off the mat. The community is incredibly supportive, and the variety of classes feels endless, offering something for every stage of life. Personally, in my current stage of motherhood, the pre- and postpartum classes have been such a gift. They not only support my changing body but also leave me feeling both relaxed and strengthened after every class. I am very grateful for this studio :) if you have a chance to take a class PLEASE DO!

As someone who is still new and learning yoga, it’s very easy to become self conscious or worried how I’m doing in class. Not once have I ever felt that way even from the first time I’ve stepped through the doors of YoCo. Everyone there is so welcoming to the needs and skill levels of each individual. I truly couldn’t recommend it more to someone looking to start practicing yoga!
