Beautiful studio in Fox Chapel. Warm daily yoga classes suited for all levels. The instructors are welcoming and very knowledgeable, always ready to assist students. I loved the warth of the class, the music and the flow of the practice. The classes are as much of a workout as they are a spiritual practice.

Love the studio and its teachers, classes are taught for all levels. I struggle with certain poses and teacher adjusted my stands and gave me a few tips on how to hold the pose with blocks! Game changer! Great yoga in Fox Chapel.

I never really put my mind to taking any yoga classes, but after I spoke to Iulia, I believe it was the best thing I’ve done. I took one of her classes and it felt great, the heat, the music, the people, everything. I recommend trying at least one of the classes out, as I did, it changed my mind completely.

I met Iulia a few years ago and she is an awesome yoga instructor, so helpful to the newbie yogis like me. I went on the yoga retreat to Costa Rica and it was beautiful and so relaxing, she takes her time with you and doesn’t rush, Iulia takes every one of her yogis in consideration of experience level..and makes everyone feel they can do the yoga poses. She is a wonderful instructor…❤️❤️❤️

Iulia hosted our recent trip to Costa Rica, and every moment was memorable, from morning and meditative yoga, surfing,snorkeling to playing with monkeys. I met Iulia in Telluride at the yoga festival and had not experienced her as a teacher. She was extraordinary! She was quiet and confident, guiding and loving in her approach.
