I’ve been attending classes at Yoga Lab for the past two months and it has been such a wonderful experience. Every class I’ve attended has been enjoyable and incredibly rewarding. The owner CK and all of the other instructors are very knowledgeable and always welcoming, which makes it easy to feel comfortable no matter your level. I highly recommend Yoga Lab to anyone looking for a supportive and inspiring place to practice!

I started coming to the Yoga Lab about a year ago. My husband had been in the hospital for a long time, and I needed to do something for myself. Ck welcomed me and encouraged me to participate in classes that would lower my stress levels. She showed me compassion and empathy for my situation at the time. I continued to participate in various courses that her studio offers. Ck corrects my body so I could get the full benefit of the pose we were practicing. I continue to learn something new when I attend a class. I'm so happy that I found Ck and her studio, and as a result, I feel better and stronger.

I've been going to Yogalab for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I could not recommend Yoga Lab more. I always wanted to try aerial and went to my first class two years ago. With my health conditions, I could barely do anything but the teachers and other students were super helpful and encouraging. I kept coming back and with the help of Niccole and CK, I am so much stronger and more fit! The new location is beautiful and even though it is a longer drive, it is so worth it. I hurt my shoulder and CK always remembers and lets me know when I should be careful. I’ve done Aerial fundamentals, gentle flow aerial, and advanced aerial and every class has been great. If you always wanted to try aerial or are looking for a fun way to get/keep in shape, you need to come to Yoga Lab.

I’ve taken yoga/ spin/ Pilates lessons from CK nearly a decade now. She’s of the most professional, caring and supportive instructors out there! I absolutely love this new studio in Bethlehem and enjoyed the reformer class so much. So glad that we have this gem in the Lehigh Valley!

I was really looking forward to trying aerial yoga for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was very discouraging. The instructor singled me out in front of the class by commenting on my lack of upper body strength, which felt humiliating and unhelpful. She also did not adjust the fabric to my height, so when I attempted to go upside down my head was actually hitting the floor — which felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
Instead of offering support or modifications, the focus was on pointing out what I couldn’t do. This made me feel very self-conscious in a room of 15 other students, especially as a beginner who was excited to try something new.
Yoga should be about encouragement, inclusivity, and safety. Sadly, this experience left me feeling the opposite. I hope the studio takes this feedback seriously, because with the right instruction aerial yoga can be an amazing practice.

I’m so happy I found this studio. I am loving the variety of classes offered and how knowledgeable the instructors are. CK is a great instructor and she really tailors things to meet you where you are at, which is really helpful and makes the experience so much more personal. The classes are a great blend of relaxation and strength-training. I will definitely be continuing!

I went once and fell backwards during the class and hit my head . I felt very dizzy and like I was going to pass out. The instructor says I should just sit for a few minutes and made a comment about how aerial yoga isn’t for all body types. When the class wrapped up I asked if I should drive home because I still felt really dizzy . The instructor said I should be fine . I just left and sat in my car, because I felt very awkward and uncomfortable staying in the studio after the comments that were made. I waited for a friend to pick me up and I was brought to the doctor to be assessed for a concussion. This is just a word of caution that in a situation like this, depending on which instructor it is you likely will not get any support.

I had no experience at all and I was tired of being tired, add that to no motivation to hit the gym aswell. I wanted to start slowly gaining more stamina just so I could wake up and tolerate standing at work all day and enjoy life instead of head straight to the couch afterwards. So I decided to try a simple guided class with a instructor-(CK) and a nice group of people who also have their own journeys and goals. This has been the light at the end of the tunnel I needed to bring me my life back. Even when I take mental health breaks or time off, I come back and it's like a fire lit inside my soul and I need more. If you're looking for fun, gentle, new challenges,or a instructor that focuses on healing of the body and mind, while regaining confidence please come. Dip your toes into each class, it might be the best decision of your life. Thank you to my instructor CK I have gained more then just stamina but a greater future ahead. Thank you so much

We had the pleasure of holding our daughter's birthday party at the studio. CK was an amazing host, helping all of our guests feel confident on the aerial silks. We had a wonderful time and certainly cannot wait to return again. CK went above and beyond to make our experience better than we could have imagined. We highly recommend the studio for yoga classes and small celebrations/parties. It was super cute and unique!

Today was my first Hot Yoga class at YogaLab. I have been to other yoga studios and I love how intimate and homey it feels inside. My instructor, CK gave me appropriate cueing without making me feel self conscious in class. I can’t wait to try the other classes they offer. I will absolutely be going back and continue with a membership here!

Did an Aerial Yoga silks class and loved it. The instructor was really great, worked through some more challenging poses but then ended with some really great deep stretches and light massage and relaxation. Great way to release your back with the upside down poses. Recommend wearing long sleeve and long pants, the silks can be tight in your skin with the wrapping and somewhat uncomfortable but was worth it!
Only con is the class is somewhat expensive for a single class, but could get a package and then would probably be better.

I love Yoga Lab's classes! CK is a very passionate and knowledgable instructor. The classes are fun, relaxing, and strengthening - I never feel pressured to push too hard and leave feeling fantastic. I purchased the 10 class package and will be renewing it, I’m sure!

This is a beautiful, clean studio with an incredible team of teachers who care deeply for the minds and bodies of their students. The teachers all offer a different approach to their practice but it is easy to jump between teachers and classes. I came into the practice a few months ago as a total yoga skeptic and now I can't imagine not having it in my life, and I absolutely give credit to CK and her team for this.

After the pandemic happened, I felt like I wasn’t being as active as I wanted to be and I just felt tired, sluggish and very uncomfortable with how I was always feeling. After some time searching google for yoga classes in the Lehigh Valley, I noticed most classes were basic yoga. I wanted something different, exciting and truly amazing. That’s when I came across Yoga Lab in Allentown and I found Aerial Yoga. I thought it looked fun and exciting! My first class with CK(yoga instructor) was absolutely amazing and by the end of the first class, I wanted to sign up for more. She is an amazing and very talented yoga instructor with many years of experience and she makes you feel comfortable in your own body and mind. She teaches you how to balance properly, posture correcting you as you move, and helps guide you each step of the way. I have been taking CK’s classes every single week on a Friday afternoon and I have gained more strength, confidence and happiness! I love aerial yoga/barre and I highly recommend taking these classes if you’re interested in trying something new, taking on challenges and finding yourself in a new light. CK also teaches other classes, such as, spin yoga, barre/pilates, hot yoga, etc! She has certifications in everything.
So, please don’t hesitate to sign up! Do it today, you definitely won’t be sorry! You’ll leave class feeling amazing.

Owner CK and all her instructors are passionate, dedicated teachers. Each class is enjoyable, a fantastic workout, and absolutely fun. I took a class to try it out, unsure if it was for me, and I found myself being accepted, welcomed, and encouraged. I get so much from the aerial and yoga classes here, and I can’t recommend it enough. It has done more for my self-esteem and body than anything else I have tried. I am so grateful that this place is here.

CK is the new owner for the last few months and she and the studio are amazing! She is very responsive too! I have taken spin, spiyo, and the spin and strength training class! She is an incredible teacher-explaining and training and supporting you whatever your level. I recently even signed up for a meditation class in the antigravity hammocks. Can't wait. There is also all different types of yoga and different teachers. Lots of choices of times and days. They have it all here! It's clean, friendly and a lot of fun. I highly recommend it!

There are different classes and instructors to suit your mood. Kevin's hot yoga classes are a bit faster paced which help to energize. Kristine's hot yoga classes are a bit more focused on getting a deeper stretch. No matter which instructor, you will feel great afterwards not to mention sleep extremely well.
