Our goal is to change how things are done by providing our clients with complete, professional solutions for healthy living through personal training as well as physical fitness/nutrition coaching. Our trainers and coaches have very diverse backgrounds and work as a team to meet any and all the challenges our clients may bring to the table.

I just finished three months of personal training with Matt and he was phenomenal. Im 53 years old and haven’t been to the gym in years. I also needed someone that would be sensitive to some health challenges I have. He worked with me and modified what was outside my comfort and capability. I feel so much stronger and confident. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the proper way to lift. Thanks so much Matt, at the risk of sounding corny, I feel like I got my life back.

After hearing a commercial for "You V You" I thought I'd stop and check it out. Best decision ever! I met with Dannie and explained I had suffered multiple injuries from other fitness entities because programs were either not appropriate for me, or were not individualized for me and my personal physical conditions. I gave up on a fitness program believing it was just not going to work for me, until I met Dannie! She looks at your strengths, weaknesses and prior injuries and hammers out an individualized program specifically for you. In just a couple weeks my problem with my hip dislocating was resolved and hasn't reoccurred (its been 3 months gone so far). She's now focusing on posture and strengthening of knees. This is the first program in 18 years that is finally working! I HIGHLY recommend Dannie at You V You! Thank you again Dannie!

Update and addition to my past review
You v You fitness is changing my life! I work with both Dannie and Mason. Dannie is knowledgeable and amazing. She added Mason to her staff and he is an incredible asset to my training! He is kind, patient, but will also push me as far as I'm willing to go. I'm seeing results in my strength, endurance, appearance, and confidence! I'm not an athlete. I'm in my 50's. My goal was to just increase my strength for a hiking trip with my children. I have continued training and I enjoy each session. If you're considering any sort of training with any goal, You v You Training, Mason and Dannie, should be your top choice!

Dannie plus her staff of trainers are encouraging and supportive. Even at the beginner's stage, I've been treated with respect and patience as I learn how to train. They also know the right way to encourage and push a person to be more than they thought they could be. I'm very grateful for our continued work to become stronger, mentally and physically, than I ever thought possible.

I was in a rut with my fitness routine, so I tried the free consultation they offer. Adding personal training with Ahmon has improved my running, swimming and overall strength. The best part is that I found I really enjoy learning new ways to improve my strength. He challenges me by encouraging me. I would never have thought that in my 60's I would be feeling this strong! Nutritionally, Dannie is a great help as well, giving me ideas on how to keep my metabolism strong. I highly recommend you v you!

I contacted Dannie for assistance in preparing for a total knee replacement. Her knowledge is outstanding and her passion is contagious. She taught me so much and made me sweat like I never have. The transformation was incredible. I lost twenty pounds in three months and gained muscles I didn’t know I had. My surgery was 9/27. I can’t wait to get back to the gym! So worth every penny!

Signed up for 16 one hour sessions a month for 4 months and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Dannie is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and diet and vitamins. She is with out a doubt one of if not the best trainer in the tristate area. 5/5 would highly recommend!!!

Dani is one of the best people that you will ever meet. Every minute that you spend with her you are learning, pushing yourself and making progress with each session. I consider myself an athlete who has mostly been cardio focused, but I am approaching 60 years of age. Over many years, I mostly ignored strength training in favor of running, tennis and other cardio sports. Unfortunately, but predictably, that took a toll on my body. After several injuries I knew I'd have to get stronger if I wanted to get and stay healthy. A fellow athlete and friend connected me with Dannie. After just 5 months of strength training, I am incredibly grateful to Dannie for her encouragement, her expertise and her attention to detail. I am getting stronger all over and, best of all, almost completely pain free. I also notice I am more confident in performing every day activities. I plan to stay commited to working with Dannie as I feel so much better, and I've been able to get back to doing my other favorite sports.

Where do I start. I went to you v you looking for help my body was week and filled with pain. I chose 3 months 3 times a week to start. I built 10 lbs of muscle in that time. No pain left in my arms and back, no longer week balance 90% better. End of 3 months I am 100% satisfied moved on to doing my own work out with no fear of injuring my self

When I met Dannie I had a huge list of ailments but that didn’t let her be discouraged in fact she had enough determination for the both of us! Out of 3 sessions of physical therapy, chiropractor, nerve blocks, medication she did more for me than any of those combined! The only reason my pain isn’t as bad as it is currently is because of everything Dannie did for me and taught me! I trust Dannie with pretty much anything and it’s super great to have the gym to myself so I’m more comfortable with my anxiety! If you’re anxious, in pain and or looking for a personal trainer or personal training gym, I highly recommend Dannie and You V. You personal training!
