Zen Squirrel is a boutique yoga studio and ayurvedic wellness center that is dedicated to helping people find a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Our focus is small group classes and private yoga sessions that give you the personalized attention that you need.

Situated in the otherworldly fairy tale Stoudtburg village, this small studio is a delightful place where I was welcomed to learn, practice and explore. Owner/teacher Beth was extremely gracious and talked with me at length about subjects from Asana to Zen. I took one class using the yoga wall and then a traditional mat yoga class. Both were masterfully taught, satisfying and informative. I heartily recommend Zen Squirrel for anyone with an interest in yoga. There is something here for the newest yogis and established teachers as well.

Aside from being a yoga studio, this little shop has some really cool stuff for sale. They have oils and teas, kits to make prayer Malas, smudge sticks and a few books. They also have yoga bags with mats, candles, and jewelry. You should check them out, and also the classes they offer. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

I am on vacation from England. I am not a Yoga person, but thought I would try Zen Squirrel - led by Beth. Absolutely delighted with Beth's variation of Yoga sessions and I am TOTALLY HOOKED. I never knew Yoga could be so enjoyable and challenging. I love the Wall. Will definitely have withdrawal symptoms when I fly back to England tomorrow. Can't wait to return next year. Will definitely be pre-booking my Yoga sessions. Oh, and I've lost a few kgs since I started Yoga 4 weeks ago. Imagine losing weight whilst in the USA!

I’ve been taking Beth’s classes for about six years. Her classes flow easily, offering options for all levels. She is extremely intuitive and knowledgeable about the details of a pose and will bring a new awareness to each one. I’ve also worked one on one with her, which has helped my practice in many ways. I was getting pain in my shoulders in class, and she has helped me figure out how to tweak my poses and postures, and my pain is gone. Her knowledge of Ayurveda has offered me practical tips for overall health and wellness. Zen Squirrel studio is a beautiful space in a very unique, quaint neighborhood. Her passion for helping others achieve their best self has made me return again and again for her classes, and I always leave feeling great!
