Zenith Fitness is a personal training studio in the Green Tree area of Pittsburgh. Services offered include one on one training, group training, and fitness classes. One on one training is geared towards the clients specific fitness goals. Classes are geared towards a mix of strength training and HIIT training for optimum fitness and health. We specialize in strength, muscle hypertrophy, body composition, health and wellness. We are affiliated with the Back and Neck Care Center and help patients with corrective exercises to help posture to alleviate symptoms and increase functionality and performance. Zenith Fitness is a great option for anyone looking to get in shape and improve their health!

Elliot's a great personal trainer who also has a vast knowledge in nutrition. He helped me combine what I eat with exercise so that I can get to my optimal health and weight loss. I love the Zenith gym too. It has all the various kinds of exercise equipment you can think of. My favorite is the "prowler sled".

Great experience! I signed up with Elliot for some one-on-one sessions. Zenith is a cozy venue/gym perfect for individual training. Elliot is a highly certified down-to-earth trainer, who will give you and your goals the attention and direction you need to succeed. He knows just how to push you (without being a jerk), so that you'll see results. After my first few sessions with him - boy, was I sore... in a good way :)

When I first began working with Elliot, I was WAY out of shape. Elliot knew just where to get me started given my fitness level at the time, but also when to challenge me. He has helped me not only with workouts, but with nutritional training as well. Elliot is super knowledgeable about all things related to health and fitness, and he genuinely seems excited about going to work everyday. I've lost a significant amount of weight in the last six months and I'm stronger and more toned than ever!

My fiancé and I have been going to Zenith Gym for personal training for 5 months now and we have been very impressed with Elliot's personalized training style which is tailed to our individual needs. We have shown incredible improvement with only 1 lifting session per week. We highly recommend that others try either the group training or personal trainings sessions with Elliot!

Elliot has been my trainer for a little over 2 years. I started with him in 2021 with some very basic goals. I was tired of casually going to the gym and not really having a focus on much of anything. I just trained with him today, and we were talking about when I first started and that I have come along way since then! I’ve been attending Elliot’s group classes for about 3 months now and I’ve never felt better! He takes the planning/guesswork/thinking out of the equation. I know if I just show up and keep showing up I’m going to see results, feel better mentally and physically, and probably have a laugh with likeminded folks from all ends of the fitness spectrum. I started from fairly sedentary/could barely lift anything and have seen major gains. I mean gainz. Highly recommend!

Elliot goes above and beyond as a trainer to provide not only physical conditioning, but accountability with meal planning and dieting. He tailors 1:1 training sessions to your overall goals, keeps the routine interesting (and fun), and is always so mindful of modifications needed for prior or current injuries. In addition to personal training, Elliot offers group classes which I am new too and absolutely love! The environment is welcoming, he is helpful in demonstrating all exercises in the circuits, and just makes it fun!

Zenith offers an uncrowded safe space to exersize your body and mind. Elliott is great at suggesting alternate exersizes to accommodate your specific goals and the 6am classes are the best way to start your day! I strongly suggest for classes or personal training, great location for anyone south or west of the city.

Elliot is a trained fitness pro who can put together workouts for every area and very little repetition with exercises so you wont get bored. It also works muscles you didnt know you had! Im 50 and I go 3x/week. I had great results leading up to my birthday. He listens to your goals and creates workouts that will get you there. Give him a try!

Elliot is a wonderful and knowledgeable trainer. He builds challenging yet achievable plans for group class (and personal training) and is always ready with modifications and tips to maximize your workout time.
