This is a hidden gem located at the carbon valley plaza next to Giant. I have been a member here for almost 3 years and I love it. The staff are super helpful and very sweet. It’s family friendly and great for all types of fitness. Very impressed that the owners keep updating their equipment and bringing the best to their gym. Keep it up the great work!

Really great huge facility located in shopping mall. Only drawback that they have some limited supplies.
Did not have inclined abdominal bench. Only one place to do lat pulldowns which was surprising given the size of the gym.
Seems to have only one full set of dumbbells- I may be wrong but I did not see more than one set of each size
Only two flat benches that could be inclined.
Therefore if you went at a crowded time there could be some problems.
Great that it's open 24 hours . They only allow visitors in until 9:00 p.m. which was fine.
I really thought it was a great facility and it is enormous. There's certainly room that they might add equipment in the future. I will definitely visit again. Very friendly to visitors.
If free weights is your thing then this is a great place to go. Not the typical pansy public commercial gym for snowflakes.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED AND ASSAULTED.
MANAGEMENT IS LAZY AND CORRUPT AND DOES NOTHING TO PROTECT ITS CUSTOMERS.
HAD A MENTALLY ILL OLDER WOMAN SCREAM, SWEAR AND THREATEN ME AND MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO TERMINATE HER MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ARE FREINDS WITH HER.
THE WOMAN: 50'S OR 60'S. SHORT. PETITE. BLOND HAIR. THE EXACT DEFINITIVE OF A 'KAREN'. PERSONALITY WISE SHE RESEMBLES A RABID CHIHUAHUA. LOOKS WISE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING APPEALING TO THE EYE AND LESS THAN MEDIOCRE IN ALL ASPECTS.
INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOBS THEY WANT TO BLAME THE VICTIM. PATHETIC. OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HARASSED BY THIS WOMAN AND MOST LIKELY THERE WILL BE POLICE INVOLVEMENT IF THAT DOG IS NOT MUZZLED.

The place is great nice people. Clean gym and open 24 hrs so will meet everyone's schedule. They have a childerns area with supervision. While the parents work out. They have great pre and post work out drink's and they are delicious. So if you looking for a good place to get your work out in sign up at zoo health club.

Excellent gym! Busy at peak times but the equipment is new and the bars and plates are rust free. Broken equipment seems to get fixed quickly and both the staff and other guests are pleasant.

This place was my safe haven and it’s where I changed my life for the better. Physically and mentally giving it my all and with so many different exercise approaches and equipment it is phenomenal! Only negative. It can get very crowded. Showers and bathrooms can become an inconvenience to utilize, otherwise I love it! The owners are awesome and will listen to your concerns. The health stand is a plus y’all. They’ve got products to purchase to help with your journey. So yeah, overall satisfied.

Hours are great. It’s really convenient especially since there not really any options in the area. Staff it’s really friendly. Been going here for a while and not once have anyone ever greeted me coming in or leaving. Gym it’s dirty NOT ONE machine doesn’t have dust bunnies and hair all over it. For the price you pay monthly you would think there’s more to offer. But every little thing is an additional cost by at least $10- $20. They do offer workout classes.

New addition and renovations have created a gym with every piece of equipment I could need. A variety of classes and a really great class space that includes a speed bag, heavy bags and more.
But, I really wish they would get rid of the styrofoam cups already!
