I have nothing but good things to say about 401fitness. I have limited mobility due to knee & back issues. I am still able take many of their different classes with Accommodations given by the instructors. Pricing is affordable and reasonable. Along with their fun events and community involvement. Tina, Jackie and Yvonne are truly amazing! I wouldn’t going anywhere else.
