A-List athletics is amazing!!! I’ve learned so many new skills within these past 7 months that I never would’ve thought I’d be able to do!!! Amazing coaches and just an overall fun place to be!! Time always goes by so quick while I’m there!! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be on a team or just looking to take classes for fun!!

My girls have been here going on their third season (started at 8&6, now going on 11&9). The best decision we ever made was stumbling in here one day after driving by the sign numerous times. The growth they have made over the last two years having absolutely zero experience with cheer, is incredible. Both on and off the mat. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable and talented, and work so well with all age groups. They have worked season after season to improve in the best interest of the athletes and to implement a program that is fun, challenging, and rewarding. What the gym offers outside of practice times for the athletes to continue to grow and work their skills, is like nothing you will find in any other program.

My daughter went from gymnastics and dance to Cheer Fundamentals at Rockstar Cheer RI at 3 years old. From there she joined half year which still wasn’t enough. Soon she was the youngest athlete on a full year team. By seven years old her dreams came true— she became a Cheerleader at Disney. As her dreams grew so did her teammates, coaches, and owners. Rockstar RI became A-List Athletics. My daughter now wants to be a Worlds Cheerleader, NCA Champion, and already has her eyes set on a few different universities.

The owners of A-List Athletics aren’t just business owners and coaches. The Smiths are so much more than that. They give children a sport, a talent, hopes, dreams, purpose, bravery, courage, friends, and a second family.

My daughter has grown so much in skill and confidence. I enjoy getting videos from coaches of my daughters progress during classes and seeing her excitement when she rings the bell when new skills are gained. She is challenged and held to high standards but also taught to be humble.
