My name is Ace Kosecki, and I’m based at Carrol Barbell Club in Westerly, Rhode Island. I am the founder of Ace Training Systems, specializing in strength training for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. ATS was created with one purpose: to provide effective performance enhancement training for individuals of all levels and ages.

Ace was my personal trainer for my first-ever attempt to work out. He did a great job.
I told Ace about my goals, and he provided a series of challenging exercises that targeted those goals. He was very good at teaching the proper forms of the exercises. I highly recommend Ace.

I have been working with Ace for about 9 months, both in person and virtually. I went to him almost zero gym experience and no clear goals. He helped me get a baseline established and helped set goals from there, specifically strength and hypertrophy. He has been very helpful in setting up customized programing (taking the guesswork out of exercise), adapting to my lifestyle and mild injuries. Anytime I have a question he is quick to answer and break down high level fitness science into something easier to digest, always with up to date modern information. I began working with Coach Ace a couple of years ago because I wanted to gain strength and pursue the sport of powerlifting. During that time, I have seen very positive long term results in both strength gained and improvement of my lifting technique and workout habits.
