In just one week, the incredible team here helped unlock years of tension in my lower back and shoulders through an inspired blend of almost daily chiropractic care, yoga, myofascial and Thai massage, and tonight deeply resonant sound therapy. After decades at a desk and thousands of hours surfing, I had built up chronic stress in my pelvis that resisted nearly every treatment—until now. I now understand how to move my middle body in X, Y, Z space. This holistic approach combined with sound therapy (gong bath) waves of vibration reached places traditional methods could not, working through layers of guardedness. Hard to describe my intensity of relief— but my nervous system felt safe enough to let go, for lovely integration of body and mind. Even more meaningful is the welcoming sense of community. From day one, I felt supported and understood by everyone here. Joy matters, and this place delivers. With heart, Big Ben

It's a blessing to have All That Matters in town. There are a variety of classes to suit individual needs, teachers are mindful and respectful, and the studio maintains a peaceful environment to foster healing of body and mind. I particularly love the slow flow and restorative classes, and there are a variety of offerings and affordable workshops on a monthly basis, as well as sound healing. Can't express enough how thankful I am to have a studio focused on gentle wellness located so close to home.

Nice array of classes, trainings, and goods in their shop. All classes are pricy so I’ve never gone for a membership. Some of their community events (gong bath) are cheaper and worth it!

All That Matters Yoga and Wellness has always had an amazing community. Thanks to the combination and dedication of staff, volunteers and community, and re-organized as a non-profit, it is still alive and serving the community. In the current world of affairs, it is a place of refuge, and for that I am grateful.

This studio is the best! No matter what your physical abilities are, you will be welcomed here from the moment you enter the space. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and amazingly able to teach to all levels. So many classes to choose from! Even if you don’t consider yourself a yogi, come start with a stretch and breathe class or basic yoga class and I promise, you will soon feel transformed!

Our short visit to Rhode Island was quite enjoyable. We found excellent yoga at this lovely studio in Wakefield with an ice cream shop right across the street. Pulse and Flow with Sheri was a great start for some busy days and then Slow Flow with Michele helped iron out some kinks from paddle boarding. This is a beautifully appointed studio with lots of friendly people and many varied offerings.

I used to love all that matters and I got my daughter a $300 gift certificate for two massages. She didn't use them right away and I was told that was okay because it was like cash. Since I bought it I guess it's been sold to another owner and I was told that this person wouldn't honor the gift card. No discussion. Nothing but sorry but not sorry. I will never go there again.

I have been attending a class every day for a week. I’m brand new at Yoga. I absolutely love it. All that Matters is a wonderful, welcoming place that embraces you whole-heartedly! Genuinely kind and knowledgeable instructors. I had a different instructor for each class and each one was excellent!
I am so happy!!!!!

All That Matters is the place to go for your Yoga and Holistic needs in the south county area. It has been a staple in Wakefield for over 25 years offering classes with highly skilled instructors and includes a retail shop.

I Have never taken a class before, but I would just like to share the experience I had at South Kingston town beach. first of all, I was celebrating my fathers 71st birthday, he has not been able to go to the beach for awhile due to complications with his wheelchair, so this was a big deal to our family. However, our spot was taken over (literally!!) by the yoga group and we kept getting little comments like “shhh” and judgmental stares for just talking and moving. We just really did not appreciate the lack of personal space being shooed off of the beach and treated as if we were intruding a public area when we were celebrating a birthday party.

I had an incredibly relaxing and pleasant experience here with a reiki treatment from Claudia. The studio itself was clean and beautiful, and definitely a place I would love to come to more often. Claudia was informative and I feel great coming out. Thanks for a great experience and I will be back!

Best yoga studio in RI! I have practice yoga around the world for 19 years and All That Matters in Providence has some of the top teachers I have experienced. The studio is clean and cozy and I enjoy practicing there several times a week. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to All That Matters since it was a one room studio some 25+ years ago.
Why? One word - QUALITY!! Though the studio has grown into a multi-service, multi-location wellness facility... experiences with yoga, meditation, workshops, health services or the store all scream QUALITY. Educated, kind, compassionate staff led by founder Joan Dwyer will gently guide your journey. It is a joy to see so many discover this studio and find peaceful, calm tools with which to navigate busy lives ..... and really that's all that matters. I am honored to be part of this community of life long learners!

It's a lovely venue, but lately, it's been getting rather overcrowded. The rooms are now getting hot, and smelly to boot. Parking is a nightmare here. It's restricted on the street and there's always a battle in the lot itself for a space. To be sure to get parking, you have to arrive at least 20 minutes BEFORE the class starts and park in the back of an adjacent business, a few blocks away. A nasty walk in winter. The teachers are all good, but no one seems to be addressing the overcrowded rooms, not being admitted to a class, even if registered, and the smell from too many people crammed in together. I think they've gotten a little too big for their britches.

All That Matters Yoga and Holistic Health Center is both a warm, welcoming yoga studio and a professional, experienced holistic health center. The variety of yoga classes offered every day is top-notch, accomodating all levels of yoga experience from beginners to yoga teacher training. My kids enthusiastically participate in the yoga for children class, and I love that it is giving them the skills to stay focused in school. The massage therapists are all amazing, and I love that All That Matters is a centralized location with naturopathic physicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, reflexologists, and reiki practitioners under one roof. If you are in the South County area and are on the hunt for a like-minded community of yogis, this is your place!

Massage therapists are wonderful at All That Matters, only after the massage there is no place to sit and relax after, that would be nice.

Best yoga studio I've been to. This place just made me fall in love with yoga. Maybe it's because I finally found the right teachers/instructors and style I like. It started with Coral Brown's Heated Prana Flow. That class is always full of regulars so I would say get there at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Then I discovered Kristi Martel's Heated Vinyasa Flow. I was in love! Both classes will kick your butt and will give you the flexibility, strength, balance, and confidence you need. You learn to laugh and smile and enjoy the class fully (and maybe even dance a little during a pose). Not to mention you get a great workout even on a cold winter day. It doesn't get tedious or boring. There's always something new you'll learn. I have learned a lot of amazing new poses in both classes, though mostly in Kristi's since her class is available more times a week. Also, I love that the classes are small so you can get personal instructions, adjustments, and help a lot of times. I'm just sad I'll be moving to a different city and will have to go on a search again for amazing instructors; but at least Coral and Kristi both showed me what great instructors are like and what style of yoga I love. Oh, and the studio - there are so many great helpful nice people there. Eventually, if you come often enough, they will remember who you are. It feels great because you feel like you're part of that yoga family. Yay All That Matters! Keep it up!
