Amazing facility friendly courteous staff.Great value for membership which is 29.99 per month cash...pool hotub steam room and sauna indoor track and free weights also every machine ever made I've never seen such options plus it's never over crowded never a wait and duplicates of all the most used equipment...they have machines I've never seen and I'm a heath and fitness enthusiast....a definite recommendation as the rates are frozen they haven't changed since the founding of the gym....its the best dollar a day you can invest in yourself,your health,and your future....🐲✖

Received my certification in water aerobics from Gina. Great instructor and motivator. I have been teaching at the Briarwood Meadows in-door pool for 2 years. Love this exercise and plan to come back for further motivation.

This gym has a warm comfortable atmosphere, friendly people, is clean & spacious, and has everything you could want. The gym is big with an extra room for women who want more privacy, a huge studio with so many great classes, a big pool and whirlpool and so much more
