My friend raved about this place for years and I finally tried a class. I was hooked! The teachers have their own personalities and styles and offer tips for modifications and alternative movements. The upbeat and fun vibe is contagious; body and mind feel fabulous after each class.

It’s not just a yoga studio, it’s a community, a small business owned by wonderfully talented women who bring out the best in all of us, physically and spiritually! If you haven’t tried any of the classes, you’re missing out!

LISTEN UP! AND PLEASE READ !
Let me tell anyone who's looking to do a yoga class. This was my first and I did the BUTI Glow . Oh my word. This was 100% not my last, I learned so much on different strengths of my body. I will be attending many more yoga sessions with these amazing instructors. Judgment free zone. They give you other options if your not as advanced and don't mind if you can't go at their pace you can jump back in when YOUR ready. These amazing ladies really make you feel the connection with YOUR body,YOUR mind, YOUR soul,YOUR meaning. If you want to feel amazing about yourself after a yoga session this is the place to be. I'm excited for my next visit with these wonderful people!

Just moved to the area and finally found a studio that has made me feel infinitely welcomed into their community. Great people, the barn is wonderful, there’s an array of classes, and each one (even non yoga classes) end with shavasana which I love!

So to start I am a man, and even though the class I was in was all females, the instructor Kaci and everyone else made me feel very comfortable and accepted from the start. It was actually my first time taking a yoga class in a studio too, so I was definitely a little nervous going in. I ended up having a great time though, and felt amazing when I left. Will definitely return.

What a warm and positive environment they have created in which to grow your mind and body. Kristi’s passion for what she does is evident as she guides you on your workout journey. I leave her classes both relaxed and full of positive energy. She is everything you want an need in an instructor.

Tried my first class (FOR FREE) and I absolutely loved it. Kasey is super poised and has an eye for inclusivity! My favorite part was the guided meditation at the end- so peaceful. Definitely going back!
