I went to a meditation last week with Monika and was blown away at my experience there. I have meditated many times but have never reached such a deep place of meditation before, as I did at Beyond Fitness. I never really knew how beneficial meditation is for sleep, but for the first time in months I slept for a full, uninterrupted 8-hours after the session. Will absolutely be going again - and 10/10 recommend.

Monika is absolutely wonderful! In deciding to choose her I viewed her background and it was most impressive.
I have worked out for years, but needed to get back to working out.
I particularly like to work out for total well-being but especially to keep in the best shape I can to keep up with the bicycle group I ride with.
The challenge I face is that I have advancing age and I ride with a younger group and need to do everything I can in order to keep up with them.
What totally surprised me about training with her is that we could combined both aerobic and weights typically simultaneously.
I feel every time I have worked out with Monika. It has been incredibly beneficial, and I certainly feel that I have done a thorough workout.
She is extremely positive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and so very motivated.
She inspires me every time we work out.
I would recommend anyone to use her as a trainer. Her knowledge is so broad and in depth and she is so flexible I believe she could really work with anyone. I am so appreciative of her.

Monika is AMAZING. I went to her as a person who hated exercise, had a horrible sweet tooth, and JUST wanted to lose some weight to fit into my old clothes. Monika has been my trainer for over 3 years and she is absolutely amazing in every sense. I’ve never known a trainer with such breadth and depth of knowledge of how the body works: muscles, bones, nervous system, digestive system….She ties it all together through weight training, mobility work, z-health, functional physiology, nutrition coaching…I have learned so much from her and she has a lot more to teach me, but she wisely introduces new concepts only when I’m ready for them.
As a result, she has fixed old injuries, taught me how to identify when my body is stressed or relaxed, improved my mental sharpness when performing at peak level (car racing), and my strength and stamina have noticeably increased overall: for example, when I travel to high altitudes from sea level it barely affects me. People comment on my posture and fitness - pretty good for a 66-year-old.
But above all, Monika is good human. Thoughtful, caring, sensitive, with a healthy curiosity. She is a positive force in one’s life.
