Everyone at BeYou is so kind and welcoming. The level of workout intimidation is nonexistent. Their instructors meet you at your level and are very encouraging, especially to new students.
The owners are also very active in the community and contribute to/host fundraisers for various organizations.
I would love to see the glow class become a weekly event!

I am definitely not an “I love exercise “ type person and my friend had to convince me to go to a class. I dragged myself there and I couldn’t move the next couple of hours BUT I loved it! And have been back 2-3 Times a week since! The teachers make you feel comfortable and you start at your own pace! Don’t be afraid to try! You won’t regret it!! I love spin now!!

Be You is THE best spin studio I have ever been to! I previously actually hated spin and only reluctantly agree to go to a class here…and now I’m hooked! I love these classes…love the instructors…and love the workout! Highly recommended!!!
