Brianna offers a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. She is motivating, informational and truly cares about her clients overall health. First let me start off my saying that Brianna overall is just a truly great and kind human being. I truly think she became a personal trainer to help people and that is why she has continued her education to not only educate herself but to help her clients as well. It is truly humbling to find someone who got into this field to not only make money of course but to truly help people find a healthier and balanced lifestyle and to help people love their bodies along the way. She doesn’t make her clients feel like a price tag or another client. This is why she offers free consultations and check-ins and is waiting until she perfects her craft as a newly certified nutritionist because she wants to push out only quality which is not always easy to find in this field! Not only is Brianna a great person, but she is a great personal trainer as well! Not only are her classes challenging where she times her rest breaks to really push you, but she also plans time in class for you to work on your personal records including squats, hip thrusts, etc. You will always get the most bang for your buck because she times out each round to ensure you are working to your full potential for the full hour. Besides that, she makes you feel very comfortable even if you are a beginner. Her classes really do accommodate beginners to more advanced clients, and she is always willing to make accommodations as needed.
