I work with all walks of life from beginners to experienced athletes who are looking to improve their body composition, strength and mobility through strength training. I also work clients in a remote capacity or “Online Training” with regards to custom meal plans, macros and training programs.

Coach Boardman has been training my son for several years while volunteering as a football coach at Bishop Hendricken High School. Dave has coached and mentored my son about football, training, and most importantly life. He was extremely generous with his time and he has a genuine interest in helping the kids on and off the field. Dave put together football specific and full body workouts along with a meal plan which produced results. Dave pushed my son and is a part of the reason that he is going to be playing Division 1 football in the fall at the University of Rhode Island. I highly recommend Dave as a trainer. He knows how to get results.

Truly the most well-rounded dude in the industry right now. David will meet you where you are and always communicating what he feels is best to your particular journey (the one size does not fit all type of mentality) He’s respectful. Polite and understands the humanistic approach to the field of work. If he can’t help you, I guarantee you he will find you someone who will. I’m grateful to know him! I highly recommend anyone come to DBFIT no matter their goal or current experience level. I fully believe Dave can get you where you want to be and have you enjoy the ride.
