About two years ago I joined DHCF. A friend of mine asked me to join her for “The Murph” workout, if you know you know… I was hooked from that first workout! I’ve always been active, but CrossFit challenges me in ways I’ve never been challenged before, both physically and mentally. The coaches are all amazing at DHCF, as are the members. I’ve met some really great people and gained more strength than I ever imagined possible! On days when you want to give up there is always someone pushing you to keep going! They also offer nutrition classes! I highly recommend DHCF to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health!

I was looking for something that would help me live a healthier more fit life as I get older. I tried traditional the traditional gym and the classes they offer. There was nothing I could get excited about. Nothing that made me WANT to be there. Then, on a recommendation I tried CrossFit. I was very nervous at first thinking, "I'm not cut out for a CrossFit routine." I tried DHCF and realized, this is for EVERYONE! The coaches and members are all fantastic and so welcoming to new members. I have found my path to a longer healthier more fit future. Thank you DHCF!

I joined DHCF in February 2024 and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever taken for myself. I absolutely love this gym! All coaches are very supportive. They motivate me to push myself in every workout. The workouts are very engaging and curated to all fitness levels. I joined DHCF in January 2024. I was hesitant as I had never really worked out besides the occasional run. I thought I would never fit in the CrossFit community but little did I know I was very wrong! I grew to love going to the gym. I have met so many amazing people that motivate me everyday to try harder and push me to be the best I can be. The coaches and athletes at DHCF are all so nice and push you to be the best YOU! #bestdecision

After driving by Diamond Hill CrossFit for years and thinking “maybe I’ll try that some day” I finally booked an intro session a year ago and haven’t looked back! The coaches and members are all wonderful and so welcoming to new members, I have never felt intimidated or out of place. I did several months of nutrition programming with Rana which was a great experience and helped me establish better habits.They offer a wide variety of class times (as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:30pm) and class programming is always something fun. We jump rope, lift weights, squat, lunge, row, bike, run (or if you’re me, lightly jog), and everything in between. I’ve lost 10lbs since joining and look forward to losing the next 10 - give this place a go, it will not disappoint!

The community and coaching are second-to-none. I've been doing CrossFit for over two years and when we moved to the area, Diamond Hill CrossFit seemed like the ideal choice to switch to from my old affiliate. And I was more right than I knew at the time! The coaches are very friendly and easily adapt to the needs of whoever's attending their class at the moment. In fact, most people in any given class do not do the workout of the day (the WOD) as written but 'scale' it to their ability level. And they still get a rigorous workout! Also, you do not need to already be 'in shape' or a 'hard-body' to do CrossFit or to fit in; anybody can join! And the community of attendees (the 'athletes') will always make you feel welcome. I would recommend contacting Diamond Hill CF to anyone wanting to pursue a healthier and happier self and change their life for the better!

The coaches and staff are second to none. They take a very personal approach in helping you reach your goals with motivation, nutrition, weight loss, and overall mental well being.

I've had mixed experiences dropping into different crossfit gyms over the years, but this gym is fantastic. The gym is clean and well equipped. Coach Keith was very friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating.
I highly recommend checking this gym out if you're visiting or reside in the area.

I was looking for a new gym where I could be more serious about taking care of myself. I reached out asking for more information and the team was very helpful - they suggested I pop in for a free class to see what it was all about. When talking with them I had mentioned my brother had been a member previously - they instantly recognized my last name and asked how he was doing. I let them know he recently moved back. The next morning I popped in for an 8 am session and my brother was there.
Unlike these other gyms that bank on you not going to the gym, DHCF actually cares if you come in. I knew instantly that I was finding what I had been looking for. After my first class I did an onboarding session and have started regular classes. The coaches do take the time to teach you and make sure your doing everything right. I've learned a ton in just a week and am very excited about this new journey. If your on the fence - check out their videos online and definitely reach out.

I have been a member for over 9 years at DHCF and I still look forward to each workout. The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging, the community is amazing.
I also just recently did their nutrition program and it was an eye opening experience. I thought I knew what eating “healthy” was but I learned so much more about how to eat better and in a way that is going to be manageable forever- it’s not just a pop up diet or something that isn’t maintainable, it’s a lifestyle. I highly recommend working with the nutrition coaches so you not only improve what you put in your body, but it helps with energy and your workout performance. 5 stars all around at Diamond Hill! 💪🏻

I joined Diamond Hill CrossFit about 3½ years ago in an effort to get in shape. I had always been pretty active but after a few soccer injuries, I needed an alternate form of exercise and I decided to give Diamond Hill CrossFit a try. At first, it was a little intimidating as I had never really worked with weights or some of the other equipment for that matter, but the positive environment fostered by the coaching staff and other members provided the necessary motivation to continue along my path to fitness and better health. The workouts are challenging and the coaching staff works with the members to ensure that they are done correctly and modify them as necessary based on ability.
Late in 2021, after a yearly physical, I decided to sign up for Nutrition Coaching with Coach Beth in an effort to lose weight and supplement my fitness with improvements to my diet. Beth was helpful working with me to address issues and bad habits that needed attention. Some misconceptions I had related to dieting were that it was better to forgo eating to lose weight rather than eating the right foods. This could not have been further from the truth and Beth worked with me to my address areas of concern and their respective solutions. As a result of the coaching I received, some of the healthy habits I have implemented into my current daily routine include:
• I now start my days eating breakfast (Overnight Oats)
• Incorporation of the “Plate Method” during meals
• Significant reduction in weekly alcohol consumption and increased water intake
Beth’s support is not only extended during the scheduled Nutrition Coaching sessions as she follows up regularly. She is very passionate and genuinely cares about helping people get on track with fitness and nutrition. I would highly recommend Diamond Hill CrossFit and their Nutrition Coaching for anyone interested in improving their health.

I have been doing the Nutrition Coaching program with Coach Beth for almost two years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and have been able to keep it off, improved my sleep, and my performance in the gym. The monthly check-ins allow Beth to customize the nutrition plan to help achieve my goals and the meal plans are so easy to follow, I never feel like I have to restrict or eliminate anything from my diet. Definitely give the Nutrition Coaching a try!

I joined Diamond Hill CrossFit just over a year ago and I absolutely love it! I can't say enough wonderful things about this amazing community. The members are friendly and supportive. The coaches are knowlegable, positive, and encouraging. The classes are super fun! The workouts are different each day and there are scaling options for every fitness level. CrossFit truly is for everyone and it will challenge you mentally and physically in the best way! I have also been doing nutrition coaching with Coach Beth and I've learned so much about the importance of whole foods. I think I've tried every "diet" out there, and this is the first time someone has told me that I shouldn't restrict calories. Instead I need to focus on eating more of the right foods. It's been a complete shift in mindset. I've ditched the word "diet" and now I focus on "nutrition" and properly fueling my body. The best thing about working with Coach Beth is that she has moved at my pace with one small change at a time. She has also shared some great tips that have helped me overcome old habits. All of this has made me stronger and I can see the results in my workouts. I still have a lot of goals to achieve, but I know the awesome coaches at DHCF will help me get there! My only regret is that I didn't join sooner!

I joined Diamond Hill CrossFit 7 years ago and began my journey with fitness. In the beginning, I made great strides but then started to plateau. I never understood how nutrition directly impacted performance.

This place is ideal for beginners and those with crossfit experience. The community that takes classes here are amazing, supportive, and you will make friends. The owners and other coaches go out of their way to understand your level and set expectations accordingly. If you are thinking about crossfit..this is THE place to join. I have been a member since 2015 and have never stuck to anything for that long. All (5) coaches are amazing and each in their own way. They are all super patient and very knowlegeable. Join just to be a part of an incredible community of people. The fitness part is just a bonus. My 8 year old is also a member and loves it.

For someone like me who is not the most athletic or in shape, going consistently to a gym can be tough, let alone a Crossfit gym. A friend had convinced me to try out a class here with her and see what I thought. I have high anxiety in gyms where I feel extremely inadequate and as though I can't keep up with those around me. This gym however made being the new girl easy. The members and coaches here are so warm and welcoming and they all truly care about each other. There are members of all ages and abilities that are so supportive of their fellow members, cheering them on and motivating them every day. The coaches take the time to get to know their members on a personal level to learn how to best motivate you and help you succeed. Whether you are looking for competitions or just a more casual way to stay in shape, this gym is perfect. The coaches are well educated and make sure members are working out safely and to their full potential. They are also great resources when it comes to proper nutrition and stress the importance of good nutrition. Keith and Beth, the owners, have such kind hearts and go out of their way to help and support their members beyond the gym. The term family easily comes to mind when thinking about DHCF. Having been here just under a year I have definitely seen more personal results than I ever have at those gyms that are more concerned with stuffing your face full of pizza and bagels. I highly recommend DHCF and checking out a free intro class.

I have been a member of Diamond Hill CrossFit for a little over a year. DCHF has been a better experience than I could have ever expected. The coaching is excellent and it is a great community. I absolutely love this box! I've been a member now for almost a year and a half - my only regret... not joining sooner! It's very clean and organized and all of the coaches are great! They genuinely want you to succeed. All of the members are very welcoming and friendly as well. I am doing things that I never thought I could do - pull ups, rope climbs, cleans, and much, much more! I would encourage any one of any age and of any athletic ability to give Diamond Hill CrossFit a try; you won't regret it!
