I've been a member over 6 years now and all I have to say about PFBBC is that it is not just a gym, it is a great community with a family environment and friendly members. What can I say about my coaches, They are AMAZING, very energetic, passionate and caring. Always there when you need them, they go above and beyond on everything they do. Every time im there I can see all the passion they put on what they do, they are great and very knowledgeable always there to help you modify your workouts if needed, because they care, also they are there to help you reach your goals. Workouts are intense, but this is necessary if we want results. The environment is safe , and facility is clean. I will definitely recommend PFBBC to my family and friends.

I joined PFBBC 1.5 months ago because I needed help to get my health and fitness back on track. I have been super impressed by the welcoming environment and supportive provided by all of the amazing coaches. Even the other athletes are super friendly and welcoming.
If you are looking for a non-intimidating and truly supportive environment to help with your health and fitness goals please check out PFBBC. Coaches are super helpful and encouraging during workouts. They are great at assisting with form and modifications when needed.
The 30 minute workouts are challenging but can be modified for all fitness levels. No need to be afraid if you have been out of the gym for a while. Also, the gym is clean and equipment is well kept. Everything is set up by the coaches for the workout before you arrive so there is no waisted time.
I leave class looking forward to my next class and every day I feel better than the last!

I was a member of FBBC in Charlestown several years ago and now Providence during my first pregnancy and current second pregnancy. I’ve been to several class format gyms in Providence (and still do frequent them because I like to mix it up) and I love having FBBC in my rotation. The frequency of classes and the short duration makes it very convenient to fit into anyone’s schedule.
The classes are HIIT-style (I would say) and involve short bursts of cardio with weighted stations as well. They also frequently offer community challenges and events to mix it up.
Classes always start on time (you will be locked out if you’re late) and end on time, within a few mins.
All the coaches try and foster a community atmosphere and are very welcoming to everybody. They are great business people as well, always following up with their clients with encouraging messages to root for your fitness journey and to make sure you’re coming back soon. They will always remember your name!
Don’t expect the full locker room/sauna experience, this is an in-and-out gym for busy people looking to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get/stay fit in a welcoming environment.

I highly recommend PFBBC to anyone who wants one-to-one accountability on their fitness and health goals. I have completed the 10-lb challenge (and I did reach my goal with the support of Coach Allie) and much more. They are always creating incentives and accountability for all members. I also love that they have Zoom access to the classes. I value this is because I travel a lot and have moved further away since I started here. Just completed my 200 sessions last week, am down 18 lbs., and have gained muscle/strength. It really is more than a gym, but a family supporting one another to reach your goals.

Not even sure where to start here....when they say you are family they mean it. From the moment I walked in the door with my two week free trial I felt like family, not a sales prospect like I did with another gym I was trying out at the same time. The team at PFBBC asked me questions about my goals, checked in with me and I swear they all knew my name the first day. When I met Coach Matt for the first time I told him that not only did I love the classes and workouts but a HUGE reason why I joined was the team he has curated there. I can't imagine not going there and becoming the best version of myself with like minded people. I just hit my 50th class mile stone and can't wait to celebrate my next 50!

Older than average people, I’m am 68, are wrong to think exercise programs are only for the young. Like others my age I’ve had a couple significant health issues including open heart surgery in 2021. Now, I’m on an amazing journey, just completed my 75th session, with the Team at Providence Fit Body Boot Camp. Enough about me.
Coach Mike of Prov Fit Body got me involved in the Fit Body Forever Program for people over 55. It’s the right pace and he always patiently and confidently encouraged me to do a little more.
Now, after almost 1 year of the Forever Program I’ve moved to the regular program where the intensity is higher. I still do what I can exercise wise and the Coaches still encouraging me to do a little more each day.
You can not get ready for your older years when you get old so start now so you can get out of your chair and really enjoy all your years.

I love the coaches at Providence Fit Body Boot Camp (PFBBC)! They are supportive and knowledgeable! They create great intensive workouts and adjust if needed to your capacity level. I also love how the 30-minute fat-burning workouts fit my schedule. They take extra care with keeping the equipment and gym clean & the atmosphere is energetic! Gotta say PFBBC knows what they're doing. I joined for a few months because that's all I could afford. I do not regret it though. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. There are not many gyms that are close to me that have extremely early classes.
You'll never find yourself bored with the workouts the coaches fire at you. The coaches themselves are great. You can see how much they love working there and are genuine in wanting to see you grow for the better. Love how supportive the community is. That's what's missing in gym culture these days.
If you can afford it, then I highly recommend joining.

Fantastic all around! Great coaches - so supportive! The 30-minute format goes by quickly, but the workouts are so well planned, focused and intense that 30 minutes is all you need. All the members are friendly - there's nothing intimidating about walking through that door. The facility is super clean. And the coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and walk right beside you on your fitness journey - often they are literally working out right beside you when they are off duty. The exercises change every day so there is zero boredom. I'm a member for life!

I highly recommend fit body boot camp! from someone who has tried traditional GYM, multiple kickboxing classes in the attempt to find a place I could find fun, EFFICIENT, and stay consistent at, PFBBC has been the ONLY place I have been able to find all in one! i absolutely love it here, the coaches as soo well based and knowledgeable, so motivating, the facility is so clean and well equipped!

I joined Fit Body Boot Camp after seeing an ad on Facebook for there six week challenge. This place is hands down the best! The couches are professional and keep you motivated throughout the workout. The atmosphere is inviting and the facility is clean and organized. I’m two weeks into the challenge and I’m already noticing a difference in my body and mind. If you’re looking for a quick 30 minute workout, this is the place to go!

I have been a member at Providence Fit Body Bootcamp since November 2018. I am thankful for that extra push and the intensity of the workouts! The coaches are amazing and I couldn't do it on my own. Even through the pandemic coaching stated on point!! I had an injury that kept me from being able to attend sessions and I was out for almost 5 months. The coaches not only stayed in touch with me during my healing but the owner himself had me come in and showed me what I could do at home to stay active. After 6 years I still recommend it. It's only 30 minutes a day but it feels like 1 hour of exercise. the coaches are excellent and push you to be better. the place is clean. At the beginning when I decided to be part of PFBC I felt that I would never be able to use a 20lb weight. Then I was surprised that not only was I able to use the 20lbs but I could handle a 35lbs. PFBC makes you stronger every day.

I've been a member at Fit Body Boot Camp since spring of 2021. The workouts are really good, varied, only 30 minutes, and it's great motivation. I've already lost 20 pounds. The coaches are great and I've met some great people where it's fun to see them several mornings a week to work out. Amazing coaches who will challenge you to be your best, fantastic workout community. The coaches vary the workouts so each is different from the prior, all of them targeting different areas of the body. Everyone works really hard here and supports each other throughout the workouts. The coaches are so motivating and really make sure your form is on point. On a personal note it has helped lower my golf handicap and make me stronger so I can hit the ball farther. Started with PFBBC in July of this year (2021). I didn’t want to join a huge gym filled with strangers and little to no overall motivation or direction in my fitness journey. Since joining, I love the community within PFBBC, from the coaches cheering/challenging you, to the people who attend. You feel welcomed and not self conscious because it’s such a diverse community if individuals in every sense of the word (from body types, to fitness goals, and even backgrounds). If you’re serious about your fitness goal, take the leap - it’s worth it!

I have to say, the level of support and accountability is one that I haven’t experienced before and although I’m at the start of my journey, it’s one that I intend to see through in the days to come. The energy is incredible at providence fit body boot camp, my biggest hurdle in exercise is the motivation to keep pushing, all of the coaches are so nice and do an amazing job keeping you focused to push through the workout. I started my Journey with PFBBC in 2018 and that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have high blood pressure and anxiety and PFBBC was life changing for me.
The coaches are amazing. They hold you accountable, want to see you succeed and run the race with you. They are there to offer modifications and go above and beyond to see that you get the best workout each and every time. They are full of energy and always have an upbeat positive attitude.
You can either Zoom or attend a class so there is always room to get your workout in and if you cannot make it on Zoom or In-House they have recorded workouts so they are always making sure that you get your workout in day or night. They do not stop there they even offer nutrition consultations and one on one personal training.
PFBBC is more that a gym. It is a family. The support system is incredible and there is a PFBBC Facebook group where you can find a lot of valuable information.

Hands down the best gym ever! I've been a proud member of Providence Fit Body Boot Camp for a year now. I remember before becoming a member I used to drive by and think to myself I could never do something like that, I couldn't even do a push-up. I was so intimidated by the "bootcamp" in the gym title. Out of all the gyms and classes I've tried in the past, Providence Fit Body Boot Camp is my favorite. I have been a member of PFBBC for almost three years and the only regret I’ve ever had is not finding this place and joining sooner!!! Matt and his staff always keep you engaged and continue to find better ways to improve the workouts and the experience. There are countless “gyms” everywhere, but you’d be hard pressed to find a exercise/wellness community as great as PFBBC which will allow you to meet and exceed your fitness goals. Most of all, you can be part of the positive atmosphere that will only boost your confidence to exceed and attain goals you might not have even thought of or even thought we’re possible!

I have always hated working out, so I never did. But I had decided enough is enough, it was time to (force myself to) get in shape. Over the past year or so I have tried numerous gyms, studios, at home videos, etc., and nothing has really given me the drive to keep going or the results I was looking for - until FBBC Providence. The workouts are killer, they fly by, the staff is friendly and encouraging, the schedule is super accommodating, and I (get this) actually look forward to going! 10/10 recommend

Workouts are really varied and never boring. The gym promotes a sense of community that I have enjoyed even though I live in Western Ma and have participated over doom, I have felt the love! PFBBC it’s a very friendly and welcoming place to get your workout in. And the best part is the classes are only 30 minutes of high intensity exercises which is more than what you can get at a regular gym which sometimes you spend 1-2 hours in. The coaches are always there to motivate you and to help in whatever you need to get you to reach your goals. The community is amazing and everyone treats each other like family.
