This is a truly unique studio - accessible, intergenerational, genuinely welcoming. Sara and the other teachers are cultivating such a special community here. I’ve taken classes with Sara, Besenia, and Liz - all wonderful teachers with deep expertise and soulful approaches. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to Liz's noon class. All old people and no music, I still enjoyed myself more than I normally do in most yoga classes. Why you may ask? Because Liz is a master of timing. She has a lovely tone and cadence to how she does things. I'd highly recommend.

This is a very sweet studio - a welcoming and positive environment. I attended rest+renew with Besenia and loved her approach to class. I was able to actually connect to my body which I had been feeling disconnected to since having a baby. I also found myself able to dig deep into my emotions and truly be present in class with her prompts. This is a community-focused studio that allows you to pay what you can, which is the true meaning of a yoga practice. I loved my experience and can't wait to explore more classes!

My absolute favorite studio in RI! The staff and environment are always warm and welcoming. Sathyadev's Monday night Yogic unwinding sequence is a weekly staple in my life.

I just took my first class here and I will definitely be coming back. This studio feels really warm and welcoming to all, which many studios will state but you don’t actually feel it when you’re there. This place *feels* safe and open. The focus is on meeting folks where they’re at and helping them to get what they’re looking for from the class. I feel comfortable recommending this place for queer folks, fat people, and really any of the communities that are often left behind and not considered in these spaces. AND it’s donation based which is really important and an amazing huge step towards accessibility for the community.

Sara has created a lovely and welcoming yoga studio in the heart of Providence. I travel a lot for work and always feel grounded once again after a class at Full Radiance. With not a lot of yoga options in the city, I feel lucky to have this wonderful studio within a short commute.

Unique, diverse, and genuinely soulful place!
It’s not simply BIPoC & queer friendly, it actually walks the walk and CENTERS (awesome) teachers in those communities. Please check their beautiful bios!
Rani’s Monday class is an excellent one for meeting you EXACTLY where you are. She deftly adapts poses and frequently invites class input on what they would genuinely benefit from. It starts with a short meditation, and very likely ends with laughter. (Rani has an excellent sense of humor.)
They have classes for families, for trans & nonbinary folx, for those who want to learn more about mantras, and for those who need to move with extra care. They also sometimes have community building events like a Divali celebration! (Pictured below)
The fact that they are dedicated to financial accessibility really means a lot to me.
So if you want a high quality experience that honors yoga’s roots, come through! No cookie cutter classes here. ;)
