I recently dropped off my son Owen, who’s visiting from South Florida, at Hard Knocks Boxing Gym for a class with Coach Miguel. From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed. The gym is vibrant, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you want in a fitness space. I had the chance to speak with Harvey, the owner, and what a great man he is. His dedication to working with the community, especially kids like my son, really stood out. It’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for quality training in a positive environment!
