Dan helped restore function to my elbows. 30 years of jiujitsu had been rough, and Dan was able to sort it out in one session..

On March 23rd 2025, I took a risk stepping outside my comfort zone and met with Daniel, the owner of Honor Strength. We discussed my activity level (low/non-existent), my nutrition (not great), and my fitness goal which was to lose the roughly 30lbs or so pounds I gained since Covid. I was 243lbs and 34% body fat when he told me that if I locked in on nutrition and brought my A-game to sessions, he could get me to 230lbs and 26% body fat at the end of a 12-week program. I was skeptical but honored the process. As of this review, I am at week 9 of working with his team; and my stats today came back with me already hitting those goals at 225lbs and 26% body fat. (If you're reading this - touché Daniel.) Honor Strength has great coaches that help you push beyond your physical and mental limits to achieve your goals.

Having never tried personal training, I was blessed to have been introduced to Honor Strength. My goal was to build muscle, and lose fat. I started training at 150-155lbs and 28-30% body fat. I trained one on one for an hour 4 times a week. Everyone is unique and has individual factors at play, but after about 6/7 months, I obtained a body weight of 135lbs, and 18% body fat. For me this was a life style change journey, not a crash course cut season. The owner and head coach Dan, has an invaluable amount of knowledge and experience, that he continues to expand on and share with his coaches and clients. They’re willing to work with anyone who is able to put in the time and effort to train. Dan and his team of coaches are highly motivated individuals, who care a great deal about health and fitness, and it shows! They will do all they can to set you up for success in the gym. Over the last five years I have trained here on and off, and can honestly say, I am always much happier and stronger when training with Honor Strength. Most recently, Dan helped me prepare for my enlistment in the Army National Guard. With only 3 months of prep time before shipping to bootcamp, he customized work outs that helped me shave minutes off my run time, and also made sure I was capable of performing the physical tasks asked of me by the army. I ended up placing top female in my platoon for 2 out of the 3 fitness tests, and in the top 8 females in the company for ACFT scores. I hit a PR for my deadlift at 220lbs, and a 16 minute 2 mile run time. I attribute these capabilities to what I learned training with Honor Strength over the years. AKA how to break past mental barriers when pushing yourself, use of proper technique and form while performing movements, and how to eat a balanced combinations of macro and micronutrients to support body composition changes. If you’re looking for a guidance on how to get stronger, or how to take care of your body through exercise, or to level up your lifts, give Honor Strength a call. Set up a session. Stay motivated and dedicated. You will see results.

I have been training with Dan since approximately 2021. As someone who never used to enjoy or stick to strength training, the fact that I have stayed with it this long and have even followed Dan to a few different locations speaks volumes to the quality of his programming and his extensive knowledge and expertise. If you want to be challenged, enjoy working out, and see results, come to Honor Strength!!!!!!!

I have trained at Honor Strength for 3 years and I wish I found this gym sooner. I came to this gym very deconditioned with orthopedic issues and nerve impingements. With Dan's manual therapy, training protocols, and knowledgable coaching staff, my orthopedic limitations are non existent, my nerve impingements are gone, and I am stronger than I have ever been. Dan creates an environment of encouragement and support that makes me feel comfortable and safe. Im beyond grateful to have Honor Strength and the Honor Strength family in my life.

Meeting Dan and training at Honor Strength was a game changer for me. I came to him with multiple injuries, mediocre nutrition, and was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I'll never be able to lift heavy due to my injuries. Not only did Dan correct multiple injuries and improve my strength and structural balance, but he gave me a foundation of knowledge that I still use to this day and led to me getting my CPT. I am proud to be part of the Honor Strength family and look forward to our future holds.

I spent years looking for a workout routine I enjoyed. I had grown up playing sports, playing into my early thirties until I had a major injury. I tried so many things at so many gyms, boxes, you name it. One day I saw Honor Strength on social media and thought I would give it a shot. I wasn’t expecting to become addicted but I did. They keep it interesting with a variety of movements and techniques. Everyone is welcoming and supportive of each other, staff and clients. They are so knowledgeable and understand how to adapt exercises modified for mobility issues and injuries. The results I saw were in record time and they included strength, muscle mass, balance and increased mobility. I’m just highlighting the workout aspects. The education around nutrition, supplements and recovery has had a huge impact as well. I can’t say enough positives. These guys are different and they provide the tools for clients to be successful and enjoy the journey. If you are thinking about it come visit and check it out.

I started working with Coach Daniel after I had been in a car accident, I got T-boned by a truck going 45. I was in PT For months and at the end they told me I would likely always been in pain and have less mobility.
Coach Dan got me to better then before the accident.
Got into a 2nd car accident, this time I was t-boned from the other direction but luckily he was only going 60mph that time.
Same deal, pt, always be in pain, yada yada. Coach Dan got me back to normal, faster then any PT I’ve ever been in, and then got me to dead lift 300ibs.
I went to the dude because I could barely walk and came out strong as a ox, 10/10 would recommend. Still working with Coach Dan to this day, the guy is awesome.

Ive been working with Honor strength both personally as well as professionally for the past 6+ years.
As a licensed Massage Therapist I refer many clients with muscle imbalances, nerve entrapments and structural needs.
Personally Dan has helped me with my body composition and nutrition goals. I’m down 30 pounds and maintaining a healthy body fat % while gaining muscle.

Dan has saved me thousands in medical expenses with his applied knowledge of the body and all it's complexities. Dan is the only local "nerve entrapment" specialist in area. If you're in pain, he's the guy you need to call. I highly recommend the entire team at honor strength. I'm 40 years old and training for my first triathlon only because they were able to get me back in shape. Thank you honor strength.

This place has become a second home to me. The trainers are amazing (Dan & Frank), and the place is incredible. I go there feeling down about myself and always leave feeling 100% better. As I turned 40 and dealt with two minor injuries from work and sports, I knew it was time to focus on rebuilding my overall strength. I signed up for the 12-week program at Honor Strength because I was ready to change my lifestyle. I’ve always been a pretty active guy, but I never really liked the gym. What I really appreciate about this program is the attention to detail from the team. They coach you on proper form, choosing the right weights, and mixing up the exercises, all while providing a well-planned diet. Coming from a place where I felt completely uneducated about this, the program has given me the confidence I needed—and I’ve definitely seen the results!

I've had the pleasure of training with Daniel, the owner of Honor Strength, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. His depth of knowledge about the human body, movement mechanics, and injury prevention is truly exceptional. From day one, he demonstrated a keen understanding of how to tailor each workout to support healing while building strength. His ability to explain the “why” behind every movement gave me confidence and helped me stay motivated throughout my journey.

In addition to his expertise, Daniel impressed me with his punctuality and professionalism. He’s incredibly reliable, always on time, and fully prepared with a thoughtful plan customized to my needs. His flexibility in scheduling was a huge plus, and he made it easy to stay consistent even with my busy lifestyle.

The results speak for themselves. Not only did I get stronger, but I also noticed improvements in mobility and overall confidence. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly listens, adapts, and delivers outstanding outcomes, I highly recommend Daniel and Honor Strength.

This gym changed my life. Out of the several gyms I’ve either trained or worked at, nothing tops honorstrength. When I first started back in 2018, I saw profound fat loss in as little as 4 weeks and I never stopped since. Don’t waste your time and money on generic trainers at mainstream gyms. The environment here is professional and my programs are tailored towards my needs. I have no regrets. #honortheprocess

If you’re a skeptic/cynic like me, please do yourself favor and read my review (I know it’s long).

Trainers and working out were never for me. I was intimidated, skeptical, and afraid of getting “sold” on a training program that just wouldn’t work. Wasn’t worth it to me…until I was referred to Honor Strength. Literally a life changing experience.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars for years on chiropractors that provided temporarily relief and monthly gym memberships ships for gyms I never walked into. After working with Dan at Honor Strength, I am out of excruciating pain, am stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been in my life. Let’s be real, it doesn’t hurt that I also I look better than I did in my early 20’s.lol.

The coaches at Honor Strength make health and fitness easy to understand and work with what works for MY body, MY schedule, & MY goals. From day one the customized approach was drastically different from other trainers I spoke to during my research. I also immediately just felt comfortable with everyone (I’m a woman so that was a big concern too). Overall a great experience. Love this place.

Highly recommend.

I took part in the 6 week weight loss challenge with Coach Daniel and Coach Frank. Absolutely life changing! They helped me with my nutrition, full body analysis, in body weighs ins, and flexible training hours. Daniel is so king hearted and truly wants to help others. Frank is an amazing trainer he helped me build muscle and proper form. The price is very worth it considering the team that helps you with everything. I recommend anyone to come and try their personal training even if you’ve never worked out a day in you’re life!
