LaVida Dance and Fitness is one of the best studios I have ever gone to. Deana' LePage’s classes are always challenging and she keeps you motivated by always introducing us to new dance moves and exercise routines. It is by far one of the best places you can go if you want to get fit. There is no one quite like her.

This business is run owned by a local woman who has dedicated her entire existence to the success of her clients. There is a vast selection of different kinds of classes offered in the AM as well as PM. They also offer single class offerings, multiple per week, per month exc. Basically if you can dedicate to a few classes a week you will save on the already reasonable prices. Even if you are not looking to go for weight loss, I am pretty sure you will have a good time just going and dancing to the music trying to keep up.

I attended this Zumba class and never have I ever seen an instructor get mad and yell at the class and walk off like a child. Would not recommend this class not very nice to new customers. If I could give it no stars I would

I want this place to be a secret, otherwise it will get too crowded. Every time I go, I feel empowered and like I am at an amazing dance party. Deena is an amazing teacher.
