I was a client on and off for 4 years. At this price point and location - professionalism, some enthusiasm and advanced fitness options are basic expectations by a client. Unfortunately, these are not available here. My training experiences with the last two trainers were elemental not progressive or appropriate for my level of fitness. Trainers have limited scheduling options as many are part time . They are often out sick or cancel same day. Also ,the gym caters to an older demographic.

In the end, I forfeited my remaining 2 paid sessions. After so many last minute cancellations,I refused to reorganize my schedule to accommodate theirs. Better options available elsewhere.

Method fitness is an amazing place and Fitness expert Jack Hammond is nothing short of amazing! If your looking for one on one training this is a top notch facility. You will not find better trainers that mold each workout to achieve your long term or short term goals. Honestly, its life changing.

As an avid runner and 40-something mother of 3 young kids, my experiene at Method has been great. I've been working with Adam for over a year. Adam has been thoroughly prepared for every workout and flexible with my schedule. Method is convienent to get to, the space is beautiful, and it is a welcoming and professional atmosphere. When others are in the gym, people are respectful of space and routines-materials are put away and cleaned and I always have access to weights, ropes, or whatever my workout demands of me on that day. At first I wasn't sure if the cost was going to be worth the benefit, but it completely is. Adam tailors my workouts for my lifestyle. He knows that runners (and parents) put a lot of demands on their knees and joints, and they need strong core muscles and arms to run (and lift kids) with greater ease. He has helped me strengthen each of these muscles groups- focusing on gaining long, lean muscle without adding bulk. Adam is stellar, and the entire staff at Method is kind, knowledgable, and greets everyone by name.

I have been working with Adam Clark at Method Fitness for more than four years. Adam has a comprehensive understanding of exercise physiology and fashions a unique program for each of his clients. Primarily a runner, I wanted to add to my overall fitness and gain strength without compromising my running and Adam was able to do just that. Adam is also careful to work around injuries to maximize recovery. He's also fun to work with - the hour goes by quickly!

Method Fitness is an amazing place!
I've been working with my trainer Adam for a year and a half ..and it's the best thing I ever did.
The fitness studio is set in a very cool factory space with a wide variety of weights and equipment..open bright space, clean, modern, and well planned .

Working one on one with Adam has been fantastic. I get a workout that challenges me, and includes many things I can do at home as well. I can see an incredible change in my health, strength, and overall fitness.
The owner Amahl is great ! He sat with me to find out what type of goals I wanted to achieve . He matched me perfectly with my trainer.
The entire experience has been so positive , I highly recommend Method to anyone thinking of looking into working with a trainer.
I drive nearly an hour to Providence for business a few times a week from CT and work out while up there..well worth the trip. Can't say enough good things..Go!
