I’ve been attending this mom-focused gym for two years now, and it has truly been life-changing. When I first joined, I was simply looking for a place where I could work out alongside other moms—but what I found was so much more. I found a community that is supportive, empowering, and genuinely invested in each other’s growth.
Over these past two years, I’ve gained strength, confidence, and consistency. I’ve never felt better.
More recently, Lexie launched PERIODization, a training program tailored to the phases of your menstrual cycle. I’ll admit, when I first heard about it, I was skeptical. But after actually syncing my workouts with each phase of my cycle, I can say without hesitation: this is a GAME CHANGER. I feel like I’m finally training in alignment with my body instead of fighting against it. My energy, strength, and overall performance have all leveled up. I’m pushing myself in ways I didn’t think were possible and truly feel like I’m the strongest version of myself.
If you’re a mom looking for a place to get strong, feel supported, and be part of something meaningful, this gym is it. I’m so grateful I walked through those doors two years ago.

It’s almost my one year anniversary at Mission Mama, and my transformation inside and out has been amazing. Coach Lexie is kind, supportive and motivating! I’ve never been one to go to the gym or stick to a consistent workout plan, but the vibe at Mission Mama compelled me to keep going. It’s amazing to be surrounded by all these strong women supporting each other. The ability to see all of our kids playing together while we get a workout in is priceless! There is no judgement - when I was really afraid to try something, the whole room cheered me on and Lexie (literally) supported me until I was confident in the move. My kids are learning how to interact with others, and they are able to watch me get stronger and take some time to care for my body. My flexibility, strength and confidence have grown immeasurably. It takes a village, and there is such a beautiful one at Mission Mama.

The virtual classes by Lexi are awesome! It's a great way to get a quick weekly workout in while at home. She is great at motivating you to push through the workouts and helps make accommodations to your individual needs.

I joined Mission Mama about 5 months ago and have had all positive experiences at this gym. Joining this gym has not just helped start accomplishing my postpartum fitness goals but has also introduced me to a great community of moms. I can’t thank Lexie enough for this. She is a great trainer! She doesn’t just tell you how to reach your goals but also supports and encourages you to reach them.

10/10 highly recommend. It’s a great environment for moms! Super cute area for kids and also a sleeping area for when my super tired 5 year was knocked out during a workout. Lexie is so knowledgeable and understanding of your needs and really pushes to be the best version of you. Great group of ladies to be around. So happy I found this gym! Come on down even if you’re not a mom! Lexie will shape you into the best version of yourself!

Attention new moms, this is your go-to gym!! Mission Mama is a space for both moms and babies to enjoy. My infant loves that he can have playtime while closely watching his mama workout. Lexie is a fantastic trainer who takes care in ensuring the workouts meet your postpartum needs. She has a great personality and makes her classes fun for everyone. The gym has space for both infants and toddlers to enjoy with lots of toys to occupy their time. Lexie also creates a community for the mamas by putting together events for members to meet one another. It’s a fantastic way for both new mamas and seasoned moms to make new friends.

I have been working out with Lexie for over a year now and am so excited about this space! Classes with Lexie have been everything I needed and more postpartum and beyond. She takes time to guide you through everything and will push you when you a little extra motivation or modify an exercise should you need it. She is also there to lend a listening ear, and share many, many laughs. I truly can't thank Lexie enough for all the support and guidance through my first year as a mom.
The space itself is great for bringing littles when you have to. There are so many toys and varying equipment to keep them occupied. There's also a changing table/room to attend to your child when you need it. The extra benefit to Mission Mama v.s. your standard gym is that everyone gets it when your little one is having a moment and just wants to be close to mom during a workout. Lexie will modify a routine so that you can keep your little one close by and still get your workout in.
I've attended group classes, which is like working out with a group of built in mom friends for an hour, and have also popped in during Open Gym Hours to get a quick workout in on my own. Events are also a fun night out! Lexie and Mission Mama has allowed me to build my strength, confidence, and a community of strong likeminded mamas!

The Mission Mama gym is such a genius idea! You get a solid, customized group fitness class while your little has a blast playing + watching you workout. Lexie beautifully adapts workouts for a whole range of seasons (e.g. prenatal, postpartum, etc, etc). The gym is clean, fun, and parking is simple. Highly recommend whether you do group fitness (classes every open day!) or workout on your own!

Lexie is amazing. She not only puts together an awesome workout that challenges at varying levels, she does it with the knowledge of what a woman’s body and pelvic floor may need. She modifies movements on the fly for various twinges your body is feeling and encourages you to listen to your body throughout the workout. Her expertise is one-of-a-kind, I love going to her and look forward to every visit to Mission Mama!

After having two babies back to back during the Covid pandemic there was ALOT going on in my life. I put my personal care on the back burner trying to navigate working and being a new mommy. When Lexie opened Mission Mama I knew this is where I needed to be. My first class with Lexie I was basically starting at 0. Everything was new to me but Lexie walked me through everything step by step and gave me the patience I needed! The best part is I had eyes on both my babies while taking this huge next step towards better health - mentally and physically! Not only is it amazing being able to have my littles with me it’s awesome exposure for them to see a healthy and fun commitment to better ourselves as women! Highly recommend Mission Mama!

Mission Mama is an excellent resource for women. I've done individual training and group classes, and both are incredible. It's been great to feel strong and get back to myself after having a baby. The new space is nice and open and inviting for when I bring my child to class.

I’ve been going for a week now since it’s opened up and it’s already such a blessing. The owner is so helpful and has created such a comfortable space to go and feel your best with your baby! Classes are a good full body circuit and there are also open gym hours where you can go and do your own thing, too! My 10 month old daughter is also enjoying her time at mission momma, 10/10 recommend!

I have been working with Lexie at Mission Mama for about a year now, since I was about 4 months postpartum. It’s been a wonderful experience and she has expertly guided me and my body on a path to strength and stability. Lexie is a fantastic, knowledgeable coach who also happens to be one of the most kind and fun people I know. She has been through it all and will be right there with you every step of the way.
There are a great variety of workout options, and I’ve tried almost all of them! My favorite regular class is Mommy Mania, for a fun and challenging group circuit training workout. Lexie also offers semi-private courses that focus on particular skills. I loved Strong Core Pelvic Floor (and Beyond!), and Mamas Learn to Lift.
Mission Mama has also provided me with a community of local moms and that support system has made a huge difference in my postpartum experience. Thank you for helping me be both physically and mentally strong!

After having my 2yo I struggled finding motivation and took one of Lexies classes and everything clicked. I finally felt the motivation to take care of myself again and don't have to use his nap to workout can bring your littles to Mission Mama! Lexie is so sweet and helpful, it's nice not feeling like i have to start this journey alone 💪
